Great customer service and patience!!
Their willingness to keep tweaking the design until I was thrilled was refreshing and pleasant. I do think that if there were an option to talk on the phone to someone, it could have saved a considerable amount of time rather than waiting for a return email. Because I was unfamiliar with what could be done with this type of medium, I was uncertain about the best picture to use, and a quick phone call could have saved at least one revision. That being said, they were very responsive, especially as we quickly approached the Christmas holiday. Great customer service!!

They did a wonderful job drawing my sweet Stabler and captured their personality beautifully. The detail, expression, and overall style exceeded my expectations. You can truly see the care and talent their work. I’m so happy with the final piece and would highly recommend!

I approved a design that included the Pets name on the sleeve. The name on the sleeve was completely wrong. Not even close to what I approved. Now I have to wait for customer service to see if they can send me a replacement in time for the holidays. Get better AI. Do better with customer service. Caveat Emptor. Would NOT recommend.
