Smooth Start!
It all started out smoothly! My order was submitted, approved and sent to production in a reasonable time frame, however I'm very dissatisfied with the length of time it has remained "in production". It was sent to production on December 10th and, per their website timeline estimates, I expected that there was a decent chance of receiving the item by Christmas. The production phase of the process is estimated to be typically 1-3 business days. Now, on December 19th, the item is STILL in production and my email yesterday to customer service remains unanswered. Live chat on the site was only an AI bot that directed me back to the customer service email address, so I sent another email requesting an update today. I landed here by searching Google for reviews...starting to wonder if it was all a scam. I'm uncertain as to why I seem to be having such an atypical experience, based on the other reviews I'm seeing here. I've tried to be patient, but after 8 business days in production the frustration has mounted...

No Response from Customer Service
I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for over a week with absolutely no response. My order has said "Out for Delivery" for over a week and I am unable to see any useful updates on the shipping status. Very disappointed in the lack of response from the company.
Scam
Is this a scam? I paid $100 for a hoodie with a sketch of our cat. It's a $10 hoodie at best. It came without the embroidery of our cat, and instead, they printed his name, except it's printed crooked.
