Design was quick and perfect
Design was quick and perfect. I love that you are able to purchase more items either at the time of the initial order or after for 30% off. I get so many compliments about my sweatshirt.
Virtually no customer service
I placed an order 10 days ago and paid $20 extra for fast turnaround. I got the design view back quickly, but since then I have heard nothing back after several emails. One sent immediately after I placed the order (still no reply to that one after 10 days). The other was sent later to ask when I could expect delivery. All that came back from the 2nd email was a form letter telling me I could find the status on the customer site…which I already knew about. All this page does is tell you the phase it’s in. It has said “sent to production” for 7 days. I have had absolutely no customer service from this company. The only contact is an email address that gets no answer.

My order (which I paid for) never came. Moreover, despite several emails from me I never heard back from them. If I could I would give them zero stars.
Happy from start to finish
The site was easy to navigate, I was able to upload my photo with no fuss, then I think it was as fast as the next day, I had a proof of the sketch of my dog. They did a great job and captured my little guy's personality. I was really relieved at that point and then assumed production and delivery would take a while, but then my order arrived on the afternoon of the 24th....and that was with standard shipping. I was impressed. I placed my order at close to 10 pm on the 15th, and the high-quality, custom gift was on my doorstep at 5 pm on the 24th in the height of the season when most things slow down.

0 stars. Placed an order in November for a Christmas gift for my wife. Only status update I get is "Sent to Production". Have reached out multiple times asking for an update, or if it'll be ready by Christmas. Never heard back. At this point I don't even know if I'll ever receive the shirt.

It’s actually 0 Stars. I have been trying to get customer service to contact me or respond to inquiries because I cannot access my order. I got an auto reply initially telling me generically how to access my order, but that’s my problem - I CAN’T ACCESS MY ORDER! I’ve now followed up twice by email and tried to call. NO RESPONSE! This is completely unacceptable.

Horrible customer service
I placed an order and never received my preview for my hoodie. I've sent 7 emails, 2 chat messages, and all I ever get back is a generic message saying "they're busier due to Christmas and they'll get back to be when they can."I emailed them telling them I cannot find my order number to track my hoodie and wondered if they could just look it up by email . I placed my order on Dec 9th. It is now Dec 21st and not one email letting me know the status of a preview or shipping information. Not happy with their customer AT ALL !!!

Great product and company.
I saw these sweatshirts online and thought it would be a wonderful tribute to our 15 year old pup Jack that passed away. I wasn't sure what to expect. The company had mostly positive reviews,'so I ordered. I couldn't be more happy with our shirts. Like some of the videos my partner did cry when I surprised him with his shirt. If you are thinking about ordering do it. Great product.

I would give zero stars but it doesn’t all this. I’ve had orders sitting in “production” status for weeks and they do not respond to emails or give you a way to communicate with customer service (they have none). They have a chat box that can’t give order details, no phone number, and an email that goes unanswered. But they will take your money and not deliver the product. Super disappointed.
From the beginning of my order
From the beginning of my order, I was very clear about which features of my dog’s face I wanted highlighted for a custom sweatshirt. When I received the first rendering three days after placing my order, none of the requested features were emphasized. I immediately sent more detailed photos and asked for revisions. Five days later—after sending multiple follow-up emails asking for an update—I received a second design that was identical to the first, with no changes made. I then contacted the company four times requesting a refund. Their only response was to claim that their emails must have been going to my spam folder because I was not responding to review the updated design. This was not true: I received every email in my inbox, and nothing went to spam. The issue was that they were not responding to my emails in a timely or accurate manner. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Only then did I receive a refund notification—minus a $25 design fee. I find this completely unreasonable, given that my design requests were ignored from the outset. This appears to be a small company that lacks basic business acumen and a customer-service mindset. I strongly encourage others to think twice before placing an order with Just Lyne.
Poor experience will never order again
Ordered a hoodie and a mug on December 5 wanted the same design on both the hoodie got completed but never shipped. The mug is still showing not drawn. Can’t get a live human being to respond now the items won’t be here for Christmas very disappointing.
If I could give ZERO stars
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The interface is great, quick response when ordering and charged my card real quick but all communication after that has been HORRIBLE. I've sent numerous inquiries via customer dashboard, email and Instagram between Dec 8th and 19th with no response at all. Its unfortunate because they seem to have some good reviews but seem like such a scam. I'll be disputing card charge as no responses have been provided.
