I spent a good half hour on phone,giving dates, times, addresses. I never heard back.
Very disappointed.
The person who called me barely speaks English and clearly has zero medical knowledge. I had to keep repeating myself and correcting him, multiple times on the same points. I have yet to receive a completed contract . I did my part. They have not done theirs.

You don't call back
I tried to call back like 5 times since you guys first contacted me on October 1st. It took me a few days to find out where my records are and after I found them I called Justpoint five times, left four messages. No response. That's just weird.

Do more research and effort into vetting these guys than I did.
I kind of feel like an idiot for giving these people my information. It's my fault for clicking through on a FB ad I guess. Following the phone assessment my email was flooded with spam and I got an alert about my SS# and name floating around the Internet. I can't say it was definitely connected but they timing would have me think so.

I wanted to clarify you do not pay anything unless we win for you! Our service is free of charge. We only get paid if we ultimately succeed in getting you compensation. Upon successful resolution of your case, we charge only a fraction of the overall settlement or judgement. This may vary based on the state you reside in, the state of your injury, and other factors, like if the case is appealed. This means that you never have any upfront financial commitment, and you only pay if you actually receive settlement money and the maximum fee to us would be 40% while you would receive 60%.

A waste of time and my emotions thinking I might actually get something done
After pouring my heart out to these people explaining to them what kind of pain I've been in for the last two months and there's no end inside or at least a year and up to 3 years they get absolutely nothing for me. Still wondering if they're not buddy buddy with me The doctors in my town because they're not doing nothing for me either. So this chiropractor that did this to me is going to get away with this Scott free.
