DO NOT TRUST JUSTVIGORS!! I placed an order in late October 2023. I didn't even receive all of my order and spent over $100. I tried contacting the company at the address given numerous times to get the rest of my shipment; crickets so far. This company is HORRIBLE!!!

-500 stars This company is a complete rip off. I made an order of nearly $250 because the company looked like it was based in Texas (according to their Facebook page). THE COMPANY IS ACTUALLY FROM CHINA!!!! The clothing looked nothing like what the pictures did. The material was horrible and the sizing was terrible. When I tried to get a return they told me I would have to return the merchandise at my own cost and then they would decide if they would give me a refund. I run a business and this is not how you keep customers. I hope and pray that someone will be able to keep businesses like this from praying on innocent consumers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CONS!!!!
This is an unreliable company
Save your money! If you want to return something, they tell you that you must contact them for an address. I wanted to return a shirt and they wouldn’t respond to my numerous messages. Clothes are of poor quality - the items I wanted to return will never be worn. Most orders take over a month to get and I'm still waiting for one shirt to arrive; it's been 3 months.

Total scam. Saw the ad on FB and ordered 2 tops on 9/14. Have an event 10/ 7 and paid additional 14.99 for expedited shipping. Have received no replies to repeated attempts at contact. Still have not received product even though today they claimed delivery. Attempting to file claim with BBB

I had to give a star to even leave a review otherwise I wouldn’t have given it! The items received look like generic knock offs from the pictures I did not receive shirts that were anything like the pictures shown on the site. I made a complaint and the best that they would do is offered me $45, I spent over $100…..they don’t do returns if you don’t like it…I said it’s not about not liking it’s about not getting what you advertised!!!!! Total scam!!!!

The quality of these items is absolutely horrible. I ordered 3 shirts and they were all horribly made. The material was very flimsy and cheap. When I asked to return them I told it was too expensive and they would give me $25 don’t buy from this. It is extremely cheap looking like it was made in China.

If I could attach a photo of the ridiculous top I got vs what was advertised, thats all I really would need. DO NOT BUY FROM!!! Says they are out of El Paso on FB page. Ship from NY warehouse. But they are really out of China! I asked for a refund b4 shipped because red flags set when I recieved order conf w/o any shipping detail. Instead they went ahead and shipped the grossest tops Ive ever seen. Now they want me to ship back to China at my expense for a refund. Opened a paypal disbute and they know how to run that system. I found they also go by Hot she fashion and their paypal account is Fashion Online Shopping. Who will stop this company and any others like it???? I dont trust Paypal will do anything to stop them from using paypal!!! And this is what you get when they tell you to send back for a full refund. WTH!!....... If I could give this zero stars I would. Cheap items - not as pictured or described. Material is shiny and awful - sizing is ridiculous. Cheap knockoffs that are unwearable. I am out $158 and trying to get a refund has been impossible. Overall a terrible company out of China - avoid at all costs.

Absolute garbage from China! Cute items are misrepresented on social media and what is sent is misshapen trash. Too bad bc if they were legit, they would have a great business.

I tried canceling my order, sent numerous emails and the only response I received was them questioning why I wanted to cancel my order. I responded and crickets. They shipped me the order despite my numerous attempts to cancel. When I received the items they were similar in appearance; however the material was not as described and looked cheap. It looked like a kid stitched the clothing together. One shirt didn't even fit correctly around the neck, but instead stood up off my shoulders. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
Cheap ugly knockoffs, no returns
Cheap ugly China knockoffs that can’t be returned. Look at the site and you’ll realize the “store” has no physical address and the boutique background is the same in every photo so it’s fake. Can’t believe I fell for it.

DO NOT ORDER from this site - I've got an open claim with Paypal. They would not cancel my order after delaying (when it SAID in stock when ordering) and I got a bad feeling (lesson learned). They were communicating with me up until Aug 9th to try to talk me out of cancelling and once I said no-cancel, they stopped replying. They even supplied Paypal with a false USPS tracking # that claimed to deliver on Aug 3rd!! CRIMINALS - BEWARE
Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company. The items I got looked nothing like the pictures on their site and didn’t fit. When I tried returning the items they told me the most I would get is $50 and possibly $30 because the returns get confiscated. In comments on facebook they say their warehouse is located in New York, but the return address said Shanghai. Their info on Facebook also says the store is located in Texas. All contradictory and makes me doubt any good reviews. I can’t help but wonder if those are false as well.
beware of this company
beware of this company! I ordered two dresses and neither one fits. The quality of the material is like stiff cardboard which means that the dresses don’t look like the pictures. They are also sketchy to impossible with returns/refunds. They said there is a $50 Max on any return. But this could even be as low as $30 if the package is confiscated by customs. And you are responsible for return charges ~ to China. So you are basically stuck with the product(s) if it doesn’t work out.

I have purchased 8 items from Justvigors and LOVE them all. The fit is great. The quality is great. Their customer service is outstanding! This is my new favorite website for clothing!
