The gallery is both pleasant and trustworthy. They readily accepted my request to cancel my initial order, and I proceeded to place another order for a different painting. This was my first time purchasing canvas art from Kaia, and I must say that I was thoroughly satisfied. The picture itself was undeniably stunning, exceeding my expectations.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It looks amazing!
I purchased a gift for my family who reside abroad, and I had a specific time constraint for its arrival. The customer service was highly responsive, promptly addressing my inquiries and ensuring a timely delivery.
They excel in their work and proved to be extremely helpful in finding the perfect painting, making it a wonderful gift for my friend's new restaurant business. Their customer service is excellent, and they work with impressive speed and efficiency.
The artist is truly remarkable. She possesses a profound understanding of abstract and contemporary art in terms of both skills and styles, which can make a significant difference in the final outcome. I am thoroughly pleased with her exceptional abilities.
The delivery time was impressively quick. There was no need to wait for the usual 14 days for Kaia to complete the artwork, as she finished much sooner than anticipated. Additionally, the availability of preview photos and videos is awesome. It eliminates any concerns I might have about how the actual artwork will look like.
I'm absolutely delighted with the canvas I ordered. The ability to personalize it made it even more special. It was a gift for someone, and they loved it just as much. The ordering process was effortless, and tracking the product was a breeze. The only drawback was that frames were not provided. Nevertheless, I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.
The paintings are of exceptional quality, and the customer service surpasses any previous experiences I've had. I made several requests for modifications and changes in color, and they promptly accepted and implemented them. As a result, I am highly satisfied. I will undoubtedly return for future gift purchases, as this has been a consistently positive experience.
They offer a decent variety of art to choose from. However, the main issue is that their website lacks an easy-to-use color filtering option, making it a bit challenging to navigate and find specific color preferences.
I placed an order for four pieces with them. While most of them turned out well, one piece didn't meet my expectations in terms of quality and color, which couldn't be altered. I contacted them and requested a redo, to which they agreed. Eventually, I received all four paintings, and I must say their service was excellent. I understand that it's challenging for the artwork to look exactly the same as it does online, but they made every effort to find the best solutions for us.
Ordered several pieces to adorn my new restaurant business. Kaia from the company also provided valuable assistance in selecting the best artworks for our project. I must commend her responsiveness in addressing all my requests. However, I do have one complaint regarding their website, which offers an overwhelming number of art pieces to choose from. I hope that in the future, they can streamline the options to make the decision-making process easier.
The canvas matches exactly what was shown on the website, and it arrived promptly. I am extremely pleased with the product, which is a truly unique piece. I decided to give it as a housewarming gift for my husband, and he loved it.
I decided to go for an oversized piece and they offered a custom option. Since I wanted a canvas that could serve as wallpaper, I requested a super large size. They confirmed that it could be done, and the end result turned out to be truly magnificent. They fully supported my concept of using canvas art as wallpapers, and the overall experience was delightful. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

I had a fantastic experience with the helpful customer support agent I spoke to on the phone at this art company. Despite the painting size I needed not being displayed on the website, she went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Additionally, I received a $10 off voucher that I accidentally forgot to apply during checkout. When I reached out to them via email, they promptly credited $10 back to my account. I'm absolutely thrilled with how amazing the picture looks on my wall.
My experience with Kaia Modern and the wall art I ordered was truly delightful. The canvas art itself was precisely as depicted online.
The canvas exceeded my expectations, turning out exactly as I had hoped, if not better. The customer service was excellent, as they kept me well-informed about the production and shipping process, and the item arrived in impeccable condition.

The artwork was just beautiful. It was a gift for my wife in she retirement home. Sadly they don’t provide frames. Hope that they will have online framing services in the future.
