I have always use Bob Hogue School of Real State. The only School I have used and will be using for all my career. I will recommend this School to anyone that wants to become a Real State agent. Great option for completing my renewal…
Great option for completing my renewal 14 hour CE. The book and test sheet came to me in the mail and I gave it a shot. So glad I did! It was so easy a caveman could do it! Lol In all seriousness though, they provided great, easy to follow information and recording the test online was a breeze. They uploaded to the state and the next morning I completed my renewal. I'll definitely do this again next renewal period.

Kaplan took over for Bob Houge School. Their refresher CRE course is comprehensive and easy to follow. The test is straight forward and their user interface was easy to use. They report direct to DBPR upon completion and send the completion cert immediately.

I judge the key points or annual revision needed in an ACU could be covered in an hour but the regulators create the mandatory slides to fill 4 hours. A difficult task for presenters to keep the attention of the participants. This was the first time I attended an ACU via video training. The presenter did a good job of keeping content moving and periodically engaging the participants.
