I am not an online learner. Both the courses I took flowed really well, and I actually learned alot. I did like that I had to read the content versus someone talking about it. The user experience was really good. Only disappointment was I thought our company recieved CE for free through Kaplan however I was charged $50.00.

We understand how disruptive inconsistencies between printed and online exam questions can be, especially when you are trying to complete your coursework efficiently. In response, we have implemented additional review and quality-control safeguards to help prevent this type of issue in the future.
