Made sure I got discounts after order
Made sure I got discounts after order was placed. Went out of their way to help, and it costs them money. Highly recommend.

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear the replacement didn’t work for you - that’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. We recently discovered a small batch of these batons had internal wiring issues, and it looks like you unfortunately received two from that run, even though we test them before shipping. If you get in touch with us again, we’re happy to refund you in full or take care of the return at our expense - whatever works best for you. We stand behind our customers when a product misses the mark, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
Honest videos and products.

Great prices, excellent customer service, and really funny videos showing getting stunned by the products never gets old.

The absolute worst experience ordering a gi for adult was entirely for a young kid, I attempted a return which cost an additional $10.00 to return and still they would not honor a return. Deceitful company "SCAM ARTISTS" Gi quality terrible...Do Not Order from this company... terrible
