This is a scam company; all the reviews are the same with the exception that I purchased delivery insurance at the time of the purchase. I talked with them via email and was told they were not responsible for packages not delivered??? I turned my purchase over to my credit card company fraud department.

Never received my item can't contact them because they say the store is no longer available I believe this is a scam. They give you tracking to think it's on the way but it never make it to my door they need to investigate this and give people their money back. This makes me never wanting to order from foreign countries anymore.

I've been waiting a month and the tracking says it was delivered. No package. Of course it's next to impossible to contact them.

My experience is exactly the same as the previous reviewer. Accordindg to the tracking service provided by the seller the item was delivered, but I never seen the package. Send several emails to the addresses provided by the seller in the order and the customer support, but all of them were not delivered as their email address doesn't accept them. I wish I read the reviews before I made the purchase.

I did not receive my order. They took my money. Tracking order email was from China and bogus email address and bogus phone number. They stated it was delivered to my doorstep and it was NEVER received. This website is a total scam. Buyer beware!!!

This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent. You purchase, everything looks professional but it doesn’t tell you it’s out of China. The tracking is manipulated, not real. Took 30 days of “tracking”, no refunds or returns & past the refund phase from your bank. It’s a scam. I never received my product. Their emails & contact don’t work, it gets returned.

This website is a scam says that it was delivered at 3:31 AM never delivered when you try to reach them through their customer service website. It says that the domain does not exist. All they do is steal your money. It’s a horrible company if I could give it zero stars, I would.

Never delivered. Shows delivered on a Sunday when the post service doesn't operate on Sundays. Likely a scam.
I’m disappointed
I’m disappointed. My order said delivered and then was never delivered. The email on the website returned was just automated gibberish. I am willing to amend my review if I receive my order.
