Received hearing aids that where not as advertised. No blue tooth and such poor sound they were un useable. They promised refund but never received one after many of my requests. Do not buy from these scammers
Total scam, items received out of date, said to be bluetooth, they are not, tried to contact them, not a chance. Do not deal with this company, they are downright lying thieving bastards.
It shold be - 5!!! They are a scam company? If there is a company? I as the other two reviewers I bought hearing aids. In the ad there was a picture and a description of hearingaids in a chargingcase, that had 3 microphones for excellent sound, fast charging, Bluetooth and an app to control the sound! What arrived from China!!! Was nothing from the ad. No charger case, one chargercable, not 3 microphones just 1, no Bluetooth, no app no nothing. It wasn't even a left and right one so it was a mono sound in them! I wrote to them and after a lot of back and forth . And my security backup contacting them I finally got an return address from them. I returned the junk I got to the address in China and it reached the address the 15th of May and I have had no money returned to me. So I have just written to them and my security help and said it's up to them to do their part! I doubt that I will see any money! A total scam!
Same as 6 March review. Hearing aids are rubbish. They are totally different from promoted items. No bluetooth . Either wrong product shipped or dishonest. Neither are good. Do not trust.
So I bought the hearing aids on the reviews that I read. So the ones sent do not resemble the website pictures and certainly are not Bluetooth. It says they are smart and can connect to phone and there’s an app to control them. For starters it doesn’t connect because it’s not Bluetooth and if it was the instructions don’t tell you how to connect and what app to use. Very disappointed.
