KDP review

Hazel Carter did a good job of staying on top of things. I found her very helpful. The only problem I had was, sometimes, our phone conversations were challenging because of background noise. I’m not the best at using technology, but Hazel helped me manage that minefield.

Oliver Jones is my Hero

Oliver Jones is my Hero. He was kind patient and helped me through the process of the start up credentials necessary for my account. He truly is an asset to your company.

Trust and mutual respect are the most important.

I have been working with Mr. Roy Jones and Oliver Abrams. We had only emails, phone calls and text messages in our communication and I was so afraid first because of a scammer who stole the whole financial assets a few months ago. However, I told them first but those two mainly worked with me, issued receipts to all of the payments I made and believe my book will be on many different platforms. I wish to work on my next book with Kinetic Digital Publishers, and they are trustworthy group of professionals. Trust and mutual respect are the most important to them.

My overall experience with KDP was…A Great Experience

My overall experience with KDP was great! The staff was very attentive to my needs and concerns. Mary Grace was awesome! Mary checked in quite frequently with me, and she kept me updated during the process and addressed any of my concerns. I'm looking forward to working with her on future projects.

Professional, Supportive, and a Pleasure to Work With

Working with Roy Abraham, Larry Jones, and Oliver Jones has been a pleasure. They bring great advice, clear guidance, and genuine professionalism to every step of my publishing journey. I’m grateful for their support and highly recommend this team.

Review for Sophia Adams' Support

I am deeply grateful to be working with Sophia Adams as my Project Manager at KDP Digital Publishers. She is very thorough and has done some excellent advertising for my book on Social Media. Sophia and her team have put together ads in very creative ways that I would have never thought of. The sort of ads they have used are clearly indicative of a close understanding of what my book is about and it is almost as if they are on my same wave-lengths mentally and spiritually. She is also very patient with my lack of organizational skills as she helps me stay on track with our goals and very quick to respond to any questions I have.

Publishing Delight

For about two months, I have been working with Sophia and Sam and their team at Kinetic Digital Publishing. I am working on republishing two books that I had previously authored. Both Sophia and Sam have been very helpful from the start. This is pretty much a new experience for me, but they have been instrumental in not only giving me instructions about the processes involved in publishing and marketing, they have also given me courage to pursue my dreams of having my writings out there in the big, wide world. Their encouragement and insights have been a real blessing and a gift to me. I didn't know that it was possible to find so much help as they have given me. Almost without fail, they have picked up on the heart and the spirit of what I have written and shown me an effective way to share this with others. It has been, and continues to be, a delight to work with them. From my heart, thank you. Karol King

I especially liked working with Oliver Jones. He is knowledgeable, patient and very talented. This service is great. I would highly recommend it to any authors.

Excellent communication and services.

Hazel Carter provided excellent support. She communicated with me daily to ensure she had all the information she needed to complete her tasks. Her explanations of the process were clear, and she kept me well-informed about the requirements for publishing my manuscript.

You Always Successful When Working With A Positive Leader

As a Children's Book author, Sophia Adams Sr Project Manager helped my Book come alive. She and her team was very patient with all my changes multiple times. She is always returning my calls within minutes after I text her for any questions. Shopia and her Team is a great asset with my six Book series

An Amazing Experience!

This has been quite an experience understanding the publication phase of book writing. I have learned so much! Writing is the easy part, but publication has so many parts. My project manager, Hazel Carter, has been such a joy... love and appreciate her patience and professionalism. She has guided me along with such care. She stays on top of things rather well and keeps me informed. Steven, my account manager, stays in the loop and monitors the progress with care and diligence... not micromanaging. Overall, I am in total reliance and dependence on these people... trusting their decisions, their honesty, their diligence, and their true concern for my success. I am pleased and satisfied with the work they do.

Sophia is the best

Sophia is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. She gets the job done right, the first time. If I have an issue, then she goes above and beyond to resolve it.

I appreciated the thorough formatting KDP offered. They provided print and eBook-ready files, and everything was done with great attention to detail. One section had alignment issues, but it was quickly fixed.

I went into the publishing world as a complete newbie, and KDP held my hand through the entire process. From editing to formatting to final distribution, they ensured everything was smooth. Erica Jones made sure I never felt lost.

The video trailer service was a fun addition to my book launch strategy. The visuals, background score, and pacing were impressive. I just wish I had more input on the initial storyboard, but they did adjust things based on my feedback.
