I made a purchase on Kedma's website and came back about a week or so later to look at purchasing more items. I added them to my care but hadn't completed the checkout process. I received a text message from a customer service representative a day or so after that asking if I had any questions about the products I was looking at and at the end of our conversation I was even sent a discount code to use on my next purchase. Kedma has amazing products, great customer service, quick shipping (and its well packaged). I am excited to try more of their products in the very near future!
I’ve noticed they change their sales prices allot. Sometimes prices are cheap then they are raised.
The product is ok, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the regular prices they claim.
I have known the salts and shea butter for more than 10 years.
Perfect products that have no substitute (I have tried several others).
And no less important, thank you for the perfect service (even personal)
Each year I put a bar of the mud soap in my friend’s Christmas package. They love it and look forward to them. I look for a sale to save some money and this was a great sale and easy to place the order.
The order K11340 has not been packed good. The packet had a very chemical smell and all the items inside the packet looked like they would have been thrown into the parcel and not packed. Unfortunately all the body butter cups had a very strong chemical smell. I had to throw them all away. Very big deception. The other products I had to unwrap them and I only could keep the products that were closed. Very bad delivery.
I love the products and the great special offers. Deliver is prompt and shopping is easy.

I honestly think this is a great company. The product really impressed me—my hair looks shinier and noticeably fuller, unlike others I’ve tried that never lived up to the claims. Everything arrived right on time too, which I really appreciate
The product is fantastic and makes a huge difference to my fingernail strength and look. The order arrived in a reasonable time considering it was coming from overseas.

I am giving this review one star…
I am giving this review one star because of how aggressively and strategically they sell their products. I had no intention of buying anything since I was about to go home for vacation to the Philippines.
As I passed by their shop, one saleslady repeatedly offered their products, saying they were the best. I kept saying no, but then one after another, more sales representatives approached me. I felt pressured, and just to get away, I ended up buying one item. They then offered a free facial spa, which I accepted.
However, inside the facial room, there were 3–4 staff members again aggressively selling their products. One lady even came in with a POS machine, already assuming I would buy. I clearly said no, but because they knew I had a credit card, they kept insisting and told me I could pay in installments. I explained that I was not familiar with using my credit card for long-term installments, but the manager continued to pressure me and promised to teach me how to use it.
Everything happened so fast, and it felt very planned. In the end, they charged almost 80,000 pesos to my card.
The entire experience felt manipulative and scam-like, not professional at all. This happened last year at the KEDMA branch in NAIA airport. I strongly advise others to be very careful.
