Only Shipping fee is my concern

I still don’t use this service yet, plan to travel India mid of this month. The idea is spot on my purpose, and only keepgo and Pokefi offer this service. I originally use Pokefi, but their service area shrinks every year, so I switched to keepgo. I hope keepgo works in India. Only one problem was shipping fee to Saudi, USD 156 for only SIM card too expensive. Maybe no more plastic SIM card, from next time I will buy eSIM with new mobile. Customer support was timely mannered, I really appreciate it.

Great Service

I was very iritated at the beginning as we are using your service for a while and this, just purchesed card, did not work. I enabled numerous cards on my phone before, 4 of them yours, with no issues. This one would now work no matter what and i was not patient with your support team. BUT, after i let them do their job, THEY PINPOINTED THE issue and resolved it in 5 min. Thanks and sorry for inpatience!

So far I liked that it worked for the intended purpose: cell data backup on a different carrier, allowing primary carrier making voice calls over cell data on a backup carrier. What I did not like so far that it appeared to be not fully transparent: first time I had to push this switch by momentarily making the Keepgo sim primary cell data. Once this path was “learned” by the phone I was able to make primary sim primary again with automatic switch to backup cell data sim. Will see how it goes in the future.

Ridiculously expensive shipping

Unfortunately I could not test the service. $22 for shipping a physical SIM card to anywhere in Europe (tried Germany, Spain, UK, and Bulgaria), wtf?!? P.S. Reply to Keepgo - with all the bad reviews on your eSIMs? I wouldn't take it even if it was for free. I understood you ship from Germany to your European clients - explain us why you charge 21USD for a local delivery to a German address with DHL which in reality costs less than 2EUR?

Good experience managed getting the SIM working but little slow responding

We have been Keepgo users since January 2016 and have not been disappointed. The mobile hotspot has been a life saver. The mobile hotspot does take a few minutes to find the correct network signal so don't give up when you first turn it on and you have a red network indicator. We use the hotspot for all our trips to Europe, South America, Africa, and the Pacific islands. We just returned from Bali, Indonesia and were amazed that the signal was excellent the entire trip.
