Kent Trade Frames

Wonderful new windows and doors.

We had the whole house fitted with new windows including a new front door, 2 internal doors and rear french doors. From the consultation and estimate by Paul to the lovely fitters, Lee, George and Paul, we received the best service. They were friendly and professional, made little mess and always cleared up after themselves. The windows look amazing and have made such a difference to our house. Great value for money and quality. We would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future to replace the cladding on our house.

We first used KTF 9 years ago for a couple of windows and were so pleased that we hired them again to build our conservatory. They did another fantastic job, proving to be polite, accommodating, and professional from start to finish. We recently used them a third time for our front door, and their superb workmanship and quality remain excellent. We have complete confidence in KTF!

Excellent

We recently had our new windows fitted by Kent Trade Frames and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Paul was professional and helpful in answering all of our questions. The fitters, Gary and Sam were friendly, tidy, and paid great attention to detail throughout the installation. We had a few minor issues which Simon soon rectified, the windows and front door look great. We were especially impressed with how clean everything was left afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality windows and reliable service.

Extremely disappointed

Our dealing with the company have been very disappointing at every stage. They have supplied fascia; soffits and guttering. Be sure to see samples of the materials you want used. Our specific requests weren't met. The office staff can be rude. Check for any sharp tacks or screws left on the ground. The gutter overflowed and the corners required tightening / lifting. The company did send a different fitter promptly to fix the situation.

Everything was done on time, with great care taken throughout. Thank you to Paul who patiently dealt with my order after I changed my mind on openers! Thoroughly recommend, great from start to finish and will be using again🙂

Excellent Service

Very happy with the new doors and window fitted by Paul. My partner spoke very highly of his work throughout. Thank you to Simon for his initial consultation and suggestions for the window and doors. The kitchen feels much lighter already and it means we'll be able to use the patio better.

We had a new back door and sealed windows replaced yesterday. Cannot fault the service from quote to fitting. Thank you Paul, Simon and Anthony for making this so hassle free. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

An excellent service

An excellent service from Dean and the whole team. From beginning visit to finished fitting, they have always been professional, polite and efficient. The finished windows and doors (whole house) look stunning and we are very pleased. Their price was also very competitive and included things like the sills which other companies charge extra for. Would highly reccomed Kent Trade Frames to anyone looking for new windows or doors and we would 100% use them again.

Bifold Doors

What a purchase of bifold patio doors. From the initial quote, site survey, admin support culminating in today’s installation, the service, efficiency, support and workmanship couldn’t have been any better. Thank you so much. You will be my first call for my next project.

New front door

I had a new front door fitted yesterday and I cannot express how delighted I am with it. The fitter (Paul) arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the job was finished and getting the old door out was not easy! Once finished the area was left clean and tidy. Paul explained how the door operates and didn't leave until I was happy with how do open and lock the door! The service provided by the whole team at Kent Trade Frames from quotation to fitting has been amazing. The team are friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble . I have used them previously, will definitely use them again and are highly recommended

New windows and doors

Ive just had 6 new double glazed windows, a new back door and a new front door fitted by Kent Trade Frames. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The initial meeting with Dean was brilliant. He understood what requirements were necessary to improve my home. He was knowledgeable and explained about the different windows and doors and their benefits in depth. He helped guide me through the options without any pressure. The installation of the doors and windows by Colin and Richard was smooth and professional. They created very little mess and cleaned before finishing the job each day. They were both very polite and able to answer any questions I had about the fitting process. The quality of Colin and Richard’s work and the quality of the windows and doors has made a noticeable difference to my home. It feels warmer and looks beautiful both inside and outside. I would highly recommend Kent Trade Frames and a big thank you to Dean, Colin, Richard and the whole team for such a positive and stress free experience.

Excellent from start to finish!

We recently had new double glazing and bi-fold doors fitted by Kent Trade Frames and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Dean was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He really listened to what we wanted and helped guide us through the options without any pressure. Thanks to Lee and George the installation was smooth and professional, and the quality of the windows has made a noticeable difference to both the warmth and look of our home. Everything was done on time, with great care taken throughout. We’d highly recommend and a big thank you to Dean and the whole team for such a positive experience!

5 star service

I recently had six windows and a new front door fitted. A friendly member of the team visited to take measurements and discuss our requirements. There was no hard sales pitch unlike our companies I had experienced. The price was very competitive and the fitting took three days. Both fitters were highly skilled and very professional. The final products look amazing. I’m very pleased with the end result:

Absolutely brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service. Have used before and will use again. Went over and above to provide excellent products (bathroom windows) at really good prices and service both during and after, award winning. Wish more companies were like this. Thanks guys.
