I have not received any updates in regards to my order. Last I was notified that it will be shipped in 7 days on the 3rd Oct. It's been almost 3 weeks.

Had a good experience
I was unsure about purchasing, so I asked the seller for a single photo with all the keycaps I wanted, which the seller was happy to provide. In general, the seller was very responsive and answered all questions well. The package arrived pretty fast and had tracking and everything. Good experience, so yes, they are a genuine website. They had some keycaps I couldn’t find anywhere else too. A little bit pricey, so make sure you use the 20% off when you subscribe.
