I purchased a Windows 11 Pro key expecting an OEM or Retail license as advertised. However, after checking the activation with the "slmgr /dli" command, I found out that they sent me a VOLUME_MAK channel key. These keys are prone to deactivation and are not what I paid for. I have already contacted support via email and have received no response. I am very disappointed and I expect a replacement with a proper OEM/Retail key or a full refund. ORDER ID: KSO-O01202600000034286 EDIT: In the end they refunded me, so it's better than them just disappearing or denying it.

Perfect transaction. I bought a Microsoft Office product key. Keysoff sent me the key in about two minutes, with a download link for an image file with the software. The image file exactly matched the one on the Microsoft site, so I knew it was legit. The product key was immediately accepted and the software activated with no issues. I am completely satisfied.
Key(s) worked great. Only issue I had was on Microsofts side (had to buy a second key because windows 11 is garbage -with the TSM verification hardware). That said glad I got it for a good price. I couldn't imagine having this type of issue and paying retail. Glad this company exists.
