From start to finish
From start to finish, everything was great! The customer service is outstanding! The cart was very clean and well maintained. If we ever have the need again, it will be Key West Electric Cars.
Check in is simple
Check in is simple, staff are helpful showing you how, and where you can take the cartm I rented an electric cart, however I had no place to charge it ( it gets about 25 miles a charge), and they switched me over to a gas cart with no problem.
eGolf Cart rental is the ONLY way to go
Everything about the rental was great & easy! We'd given 5 stars if there was a line for online pre-reserved & a line for other's walking in.
Best cart experience I have ever had
We were greeted with a happy smile
We were greeted with a happy smile, directed to Robert outside who introduced us to our cart. Good ride. We rented for 5 hours to tour Kew West. Love it.
We had so much fun!
We had so much fun! The pick-up location was a short walk from the cruise port, the car was clean and easy to use, and the rental team was so helpful - they even saved me money by suggesting a shorter rental time!

Key West Electric
The company sent a van to pick us up at the dock. The service was timely and they explained how to drive the vehicle. It was extremely helpful to have the golfcart during our brief trip on the island.

CustomerService
Great way to navigate the keys
The shuttle service provided by Key West Electric Cars from Key West Express to the facility and back was a great bonus to a good experience with the electric car. We had a 4-seat car which worked well for us and our parents. The only recommendation would be to inspect the seatbelts. They were difficult to buckle and even more difficult to unfasten. We're strong, and we struggled, let alone our parents. Other than that everything was fantastic. Customer service is great, we left a water bottle in the shuttle and they're holding it for us until we head back for a few days in March. Everyone was great to work with.
