Long wait for product
Keep in mind that these curtains come from China so if you are not in a hurry you can buy them. Also there is an international shipping charge which comes separate from the price you pay. I have not received the curtains yet but will comment after I get them. Ordered 3 March and it is now 13 march and according to tracking they have not left China yet. Good product and if you don't need it right away I would recommend it. Again keep in mind some credit cards will charge an international fee. mine was $4.59 on a $153 order. I had no idea there would be a charge until it showed up on my credit card.

We ordered rods and curtains for our pool area. Items came as described and met our expectations. There was one rod that was scratched and the company replaced it promptly. I found them easy to work with.

No communication whatsoever. Quick to take your money...not so quick to respond. After 3 weeks to the day of purchase and several inquiries they finally replied to my email stating the order would take longer than expected, still no delivery date mentioned but they did kindly offered a $5.00 discount on a $300 item. SMH

Customer service does a lot of work
This view gets 5 stars because while at first I was concerned about not receiving all of my Items, the men and women at customer service were quick to respond, polite, and provided me with all of the tracking numbers for my items. Now that I have all the curtains, I can attest that they are high quality! The velvet is soft and woven to block out light and sound, just as described. The shine of the fabric is very pleasant.

Curtains were exactly what I expected. Excellent value for the money. They are a light velvet like material, color is beautiful, and they do an excellent job of keeping my bedroom dark when the curtains are down so I am now sleeping through the night. Delivery was prompt.

The curtains look great. Wife did have to hem them up about 4”. However, it took forever for the tie backs to come. Overall, very pleased.

Even though it took a little time to receive the curtains - which are beautiful! - Amy was there to answer questions and explain the delay. She gave me excellent customer service. The curtains are a very good material and nicely made. I would buy from this company again!
Beware of buying from a Chinese company with NO return process.!
Very nice curtains exactly as described and pictured. I ordered these for my mother and she was very pleased with them. UPDATE: because the first pair of curtains was the correct color and size, we ordered the same identical curtains for the other two windows in the same room. The newer curtains were a completely different color, despite having ordered the same thing. Now all three sets need to be returned and there is NO RETURN PROCESS. There is no way to initiate a return on their website, no way to ship the curtains back and even an order number was not provided, just a tracking ID. There was nothing in the box, no copy of the order, nothing. This is the problem ordering goods from mainland China; DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. My mother is now stuck with several hundreds of dollars of curtains she cannot use in the same room.
Good curtains for deck
We purchased these to shade us from the setting sun on our deck. They installed easily and worked very well to keep sun out. They are a little lightweight in the wind but we solved that with some strategically placed snaps.
