What people say
Great prompt customer service 😃
I ordered a goose down sleeping bag and…
I ordered a goose down sleeping bag and a high backed chair. I cannot praise these people enough. Excellent communication. They helped me with a few queries and put my mind at rest. The products are absolutely brilliant. I have no complaints whatsoever and would definitely buy from them again with no qualms. Excellent service.
Great chair exactly as described
Great chair exactly as described! Quick shipping and great communication.
Not used the pillow yet but it is a lot…
Not used the pillow yet but it is a lot thicker than my current one and like the removable cover and that it will hold in place unlike my old one that was thin and moved around .
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! Their “hassle free” return policy is a scam. I ordered a sleeping pad from this company and the air valve won’t hold air. So I emailed the company based on their website and now I’m getting the run around about being issued a refund for a defective product I never used. I just want my money back. I would suggest steering clear of ordering anything from this company.
Excellent chair
Excellent chair, just what we wanted for our upcoming festival, and future camping trips. Packs down nice and compact, but is sturdy strong and, most of all, very comfortable. Look forward to many years of happy camping.
Product arrived quickly and as ordered
Product arrived quickly and as ordered. I love the chair! I would order from Kilos Gear again!

Arrived well packaged and quickly
Arrived well packaged and quickly, tested at home and seems incredibly comfortable and very easy to set up. Looking forward to taking it in campervan trial.
Quick delivery.
Kilos Gear delivered the chair in just a few days so I could take it along on a water float trip. Everyone on the trip wanted to sit in the chair it was so comfortable.
Great customer service
An EXCELLENT camping mattress
An EXCELLENT camping mattress. Small and compact when packed, but is amazing once inflated. Finally a mattress that lets me sleep!
Item was exactly as advertised
Item was exactly as advertised. Good quality. The torch actually does more than I expected. Arrived quickly
The mattress and pillowi are the best…
The mattress and pillowi are the best I've had. Size, comfort, and stays inflated. This is huge for me because I'm a big guy. I took it on its maiden voyage to Yosemite backpacking for a week recently. Only issue, the weight inflater is garbage. Pops out of mattress and is a slow process.
Customer service was great
I bought the AeroCloud Elite sleeping pad and pillow for an upcoming camping trip. I also bought a competitors product to compare, and choose which one I liked better. I chose the other product because it seems like it's better made, and is made with higher quality materials. It was also less expensive. I still give Kilos a 4-star rating because they were very responsive and willing to return the product, as promised.
Very happy
Very happy with material. Delivery was a bit long it’s arrived in a very good state. Thank you

Great real time repsonses! No prolonged waiting!
Great Customer Service
Order product and then found I had a coupon for a “free gift with next purchase…”. Except, I had just made one! Emailed customer service and the added it to my order — no problem.
