Working with Kimp for 5 years
I have been working with Kimp for about 5 or 6 years now. That should tell you enough! But what I enjoy most about them is having a project manager who quarter backs your projects. I have a big initiative that I have been working with Kimp on and I've met with my project every morning for the past few days. While that's not typically needed, having that flexibility and a key point of contact who can help you navigate tricky design situations is wonderful. When there have been time sensitive issues as well, their support team has been available 24/7 (real humans by the way, which is not typical any more! Some of them I know on a first name basis now!) and has helped me quickly. Kudos to Kimp!

Despite the dedication low level output
The team and supportdesk is very friendly and dedicated. But the designs are very very beginner and AI-generated level.
It is beginner-level DTP work, and not graphic design at all. Let alone some art direction.
Also unlimited is just a bit true. They spend only 2.5h a day per client, so you can add unlimited designs to do, but they only handle as much as they can do in 2,5h.
Imagine a brandbook, it will take 2 weeks, with a progress of some pages per day… nothing else. Also 2 task instead of 1 is of no value at all.
Learn yourself some .ai and the results will be better. For professional design, hire a professional in person.
Hope this helps deciding whether or not Kimp suits your needs!

Capable and Competent
The designers are very capable and often give multiple designs to choose from for a given project. I've found that I don't need to "hold their hands" through the design project, meaning that as long as I give enough detail, they will come up with a good design. I can be as specific as I want to be and give them as much material as I want to, but they are also able to come up with designs so long as I give them enough to go on...I don't have to provide every graphic and image specifically.
Turnaround is decent, but you do have to kind of figure out when your team is online, which is obvious after a couple of designs. This allows you to plan ahead as sometimes you can't wait on simple changes to mission critical designs. They do provide the package files with each design, so we do have the ability to change them ourselves should the need arise.
Overall, a good service for supplementing our in-house design team when the work load gets too heavy to manage internally.

Easy and Fast Graphic Design

Kimp has been a great help to our company. The quality of their graphic design work is excellent, and the team is always quick to respond and very professional. They handle requests fast, and projects are always finished on time and look great. Our project manager makes sure everything goes smoothly and meets our expectations.

Highly Impressed!! Love my KIMP people.
I have tried a couple of different monthly graphic design companies and there was always something wrong...either they want too much info so I could just design it myself OR they take too long to design and redesign because they never got it right or even close to begin with. Both ways were a waste of time, money, and energy BUT not with KIMP.
I try my best to give them as much as I can and bam...they design such a beautiful piece. What's even better is now that we have a good flow down...they are creating things perfectly for our brand.
It really is like have multiple graphic design people working at a fixed cost during the month. Our Board of Directors have taken notice too. Everyone has been impressed with my team but it is just me and my KIMP. :)
I would highly suggest that you take advantage of this opportunity and use KIMP.
