Disgraceful. Didn't have my dress, so decided to just keep the money, took three months to get it back. Never again will I use this company.

I ordered goods. After 2 months nothing had arrived. I contacted the company who said that the goods had probably been lost in shipping. They promised to put the money in my account, but they never came. Stay away, it's a fake shop of the worst slahs.
Wouldn't recommend buying from this…
Wouldn't recommend buying from this store. Purchased a dress 2 months ago, it went right to the tracking then delivered stage, but nothing turned up so i contacted them saying it claims it has been delivered but I have nothing, they tell me oh the courier lost it, we will make you a new one. Turns out 'the courier' lost the second dress too. I am now requesting a refund that they won't address and keep referring back to we will double check with the courier and get back to you. Scam alert.
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible do not buy from this website. I ordered 2 dress they were specifically advertised as linen material with embroidery. It was cheap synthetic printed material it’s terrible nothing like the picture advertised. They will not refund unless I post the dresses back they are so difficult to deal with and now I’m out of pocket money and dresses. So disappointing!
Ordered Lost and no refund given.
Ordered two dress Totaling out at almost or over 100. April 10th was the order dates its now May 12th and they lost our packages that had the dresses in them. Contacted the company and they said it was a problem with all of that bath of packages. Now I am out money and no dresses for a ball we are planning on attending in two weeks. Last contact was they would let me know when they knew so I am like okay well were is it because I requested a refund and still no contact dont buy from here if you have something to go to over the next month or so. Ridiculous!
Ugly dress
I ordered a dress I had seen on pinterest. It took 3 weeks to arrive. It was not even the same material as the advertisement. Cheap, cheap imitation fabric. Ugly dress that I will never wear. No full refunds unless I want to pay the full cost of the item to ship it back to them. Half refund is offered. How generous! This company is scamming with false advertising and shorting refunds.
Disappointing experience with kimstowe
I had a very disappointing experience with Kimstowe. I ordered a dress that did not meet my expectations, so I requested a return within the appropriate timeframe. Unfortunately, my return request was rejected without a valid reason. Instead of offering a proper solution, the company only offered me a 40% discount to keep the item, which I do not want. This is not acceptable customer service. Customers should have the right to return products that are not as expected, especially when requested on time. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

Women’s Vintage Treeof Life Patchwork Linen Dress Please beware! We have been properly ripped off by this company. The item delivered bore no resemblance to the item advertised. Further it was advertised as linen but in reality it was a nylon compound. Disgusting.
