Customer service
I ordered a hummingbird feeder on Dec. 12th, 2023. It never came. I couldn,t track the package from the email they sent. I have emailed customer service about 5-6 times and no one responds. I can,t seem to find a phone # to call. I am very disappointed in this company

Okay Quality
I like the look of this companies bird feeders so I decided to give them a try and ordered a recycled hopper feeder. The quality of the feeder was okay but there were a few issues. I wrote Kingsyard since they advertise a lifetime warranty and got no response.

Creative take on bird feeders
I had been seeing a healthy number of sparrows near my balcony so I bought a feeder and set it up. KingsYard is quite creative in terms of designing the feeders so if you like funky looking stuff, this is the right place. Overall, I am happy with my product and the sparrows seem happy too.

Sturdy, well-built, beautiful bird feeders
Amazingly sturdy products! Have a smaller, covered green feeder that caters to our smaller feathered friends. It keeps the seed protected from rain--the first one that has ever done that. The larger birds cannot get into this wonderful feeder, so the finches, woodpeckers, grosbeak, nuthatches, chickadees, and tufted friends can eat until their bellies are full. A long, yellow feeder with stands for our larger feathered friends allows for multiple birds to feed at the same time. I have had other similar feeders that do not stand up to the weather nor the birds. Highly recommend both. I have two Kingsyard feeders and cannot wait to get more. They are high quality, beautiful, allow one to choose which birds to cater to. Do yourselves a favor and buy Kingsyard...you will be thanking them...and so with the birds!

Kingsyard feeders well constructed and easy to clean
I currently have two Kingsyard bird feeders, the Triple Bird House Feeder and the Metal Parts Tube Feeder (Brushed Copper version).
Both feeder are well constructed and easy to fill and keep clean.
The Triple House Feeder is nice as you can offer 3 different seeds in one feeder.
We really like the look of the Brushed Copper tube feeder it a nice addition to the backyard.
The tube feeder has nice perches and the tray drains well.

I wanted to give my reviews on kingsyard bird feeders. My yard is certified as a wildlife habitat. I also write a newspaper column on the birds in my area and backyard birding. I've used many hummingbird feeders over the years and i will say, hands down, kingsyard hummingbird feeders are the best I've had. The moat works great. I never get bugs. They are drip free which helps with bees and wasps. Best of all, they are the easiest feeder to clean. 10 out of 10!

High-quality bird feeder
I recently got a Kingsyard bird feeder, and I must say it's one of the most well-constructed bird feeders I've ever owned. It is mostly metal construction, with the exception of some clear acrylic panels. The feeder has three compartments for holding three different types of food, which is great for attracting a variety of birds. The entire roof comes off, making it easy to fill and clean, but the unique way that the roof is attached makes it impossible for squirrels to get inside. I would definitely recommend this feeder. I've had feeders in the past that were made out of wood or plastic, and ended up falling apart after being outside 24/7, 365 days a year. I know this feeder will last for years to come.
