KITBRIX

I have been using Kitbrix now for over…

I have been using Kitbrix now for over 8 years, especially my hero bags and still have my very first one and still use now. This just shows what excellent high quality their products are. I would never change in using their bags even if someone offered me to try a different brand. I use their towels too, they don't fade and don't lose shape when washing them. They dry very quickly and so light. They are super quick on delivery and their customer service is top notch.

Great quality products and super speedy delivery

This is our third purchase from Kitbrix. Kitbrix is a great company to deal with. Great quality products that are really useful and practical. Super speedy delivery as usual.

Really great product

Really great product. Could sort out my various bits of kit before travelling to race. Made the pre-race process at the start line so much easier

Great service

Great service, fast delivery and a fantastic product. Lots of room for all my kit and really sturdy. I’m very impressed, kitbrix tote had its first use at great Birmingham 10k and lived up to my expectations.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Prompt delivery and response to queries. Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great product and service

This is a great piece of kit - but the organge is VERY bright

This is a great piece of kit and it certainly turns some heads when I walk into the office. The features are great - and it's spacious too. It could be further improved by some internal lining to make it feel "less plastic" and by the addition of small, external pocket. Also, the orange colour is MUCH brighter than it looks on the photos when you order - my kids named my bag the "bin man bag" as the orange is the same colour as the safety jackets our local waste collectors wear...

Light product however sticky zips

Light product , long practical handles. The zips are quite sticky and the one outside at the side gets easily stuck and caught with the inside bag lining. Good rubber base and spacious room

Right size great quality

A really successful present!

They delivered a bag as a birthday present with no problem with a different address to the billing address. I have given the bag as a birthday present to both my grown-up children and it has been a success with both of them.

Easy to make a gift extra special

I wanted a gift for my sister in law. Chose the new TotePack. What a lovely and easy experience to add her name to the bag, just making it extra special. Thank you KitBrix

Superb service and quick delivery

These bags are outstanding quality

These bags are outstanding quality and made to a very high standard. My only criticism would be that I would also like a larger version for larger amounts of kit. These are good for small amounts of kit but larger amounts need a much bigger bag

Just bought my fourth KITBIX as the other three are outstanding.

This is the 4th of these original Kitbix I have purchased. I have two Orange ones zipped together as very robust motorcycle away bags, indestructible and in a colour that matches the bike. A Yellow one that I carry every working day to cover my Ambulance PPE, it gets thrown around a lot and still looks good. This fourth Green one which will replace the Yellow one as my work PPE bag and the Yellow one will be my in-car grab bag. The service form KITBRIX is exceptional and the quality of the product is brilliant.

Team Kitbrix - Great Job / Courier not so great

Team did a great job communicating with me about my choice and dispatched the items promptly. Unfortunately the packing was inadequate, box split and the courier left my parcel out in the rain at the bottom of my drive rather than bringing up to the house.

Great company and great products

I am a returning customer and highly recommend both their products and their exceptional customer service. They could not have done more to help, and keep me up to date with the progress of my order. I dealt with Dawn and she was superb from start to finish. Thanks again.
