The garment that you receive is absolutely nothing like what you see in their advertising. The photographs are surely AI created. What you get is a cheap cotton hoody with zero embroidery where the pattern is very, very poorly printed...not embroidered on the garment. I have not yet found a return policy on their site and have sent them an email for returning procedures...still waiting. I'm still scratching my head on how such scammers can advertise without restraint on platforms like Facebook etc

This is the same company, they just rebrand their name as they sell the exact same products. They are a rip off and the product you order DOES NOT exist. I ordered a vintage woven sweater, nice and thick. What I got was a hoodie with a cheap print pattern. THEY ALL SUCK. I have pictures but they won't let me post them.

My husband ordered what looked to be a beautiful heavy cable knit sweater with a dragon on the back. When he finally received the package, it was some cheap polyester zip up hoodie with a terrible print of a dragon on the back. I wish someone could shut them down. They are pathetic with how they are deceiving their now & potential customers!!!! They ought to be ASHAMED of themselves. Big time scammers. The items that I received are completely different from the description on the site...95% cotton/in fact 100%polyester...The dress should be knitted/in fact is a horrible imprint...The tshirt should have the sleeves til the elbow/ in fact, has only 10 cm. All 3 items are disgusting !

Saw advert whilst reading the news headlines. Clothes looked incredible so I clicked on the sight. The men, modelling the clothes were even more incredible lol! I was enjoying scrolling down and then thought, these quality looking clothes look too good to be true, especially when they aren't that expensive. Are the men even real ?

Desværre kan jeg ikke give 0 Stjerner. Da jeg den 11/07/25 på YouTube fandt en annonce fra KITTWST, fandt jeg deres vare virkelig flotte. Så jeg bestilte en række t-shirts og nogle shorts hos dem. Efterfølgende tænkte jeg at det kunne være jeg skulle tjekke dem på Trustpilot. Jeg gik ind på Trustpilot og fandt ud af, at de havde faktisk kun fået én stjerne hele vejen igennem. Og folk advare på det kraftigeste at handle med dem. Fordi at de billeder de havde uploadet, intet havde tilfældes med det tøj som de sendte ud til folk. Så det var ren scam. Jeg tager selvfølgelig kontakt til firmaet med det samme. Altså under 10 minutter efter jeg har lavet handlen, tager jeg kontakt til virksomheden. Og som jeg har lov til, så afmelder jeg og skriver til dem, at jeg ønsker ikke at gennemføre handlen alligevel. Da jeg er blevet usikker på kvaliteten. De skriver så tilbage til mig og vi korresponderer frem og tilbage over et par dage. Og jeg pointerer over for dem, at de får meget dårlige karakterer på Trustpilot. Og jeg derfor selvfølgelig ikke ønsker at gennemføre handlen. Nu opdager jeg så her til morgen, at virksomheden har trukket pengene på min konto. For en handel, jeg faktisk har afmeldt. Altså afmeldt den 11. i dag er det den 15. De har trukket pengene på min konto, så nu skal jeg se, om jeg kan få mine penge tilbage via PayPal og Nets. Afterwards, I had this feeling that maybe I should check them out on Trustpilot, and when I did, I found out that they had only received one-star reviews across the board. People were strongly warning others not to buy from them because the images they posted had nothing to do with the actual clothing they sent out, so it was basically a scam. Naturally, I contacted the company right away—within ten minutes of placing the order—to let them know that I wanted to cancel it since I was now concerned about the quality. We exchanged a few messages over a couple of days, and I pointed out to them that they had really poor ratings on Trustpilot and that I no longer wanted to go through with the purchase. However, this morning I discovered that the company had still withdrawn the money from my account for an order I had actually canceled—I canceled it on the 11th, and today is the 15th. So now I have to see if I can get my money back through PayPal and Nets. Please do not fall for this Kittwst Scam
