I should have not purchased from this site in hindsight, that's on me. But I hope this review helps others avoid the mistake I made. The product ordered arrived almost 2 months after the order was placed. I ordered 2 items, only 1 came, so essentially I got half of what I ordered; and it is a knock-off of a board game on top of it. I tried to get a partial refund from support but was offered less than 25% of what I paid, which seemed wrong if I got half what I ordered. I declined this offer and they said they would ship a replacement. Almost a month in, I haven't got any information about the replacement and every time I contact their support I get more generic answers that look like they are just buying time and not addressing the issue. I finally opened a claim with PayPal since I'm pretty done at this point. Avoid this website.

I had the same problem what people write here. They charged 9$ more than on the bill. I opened a dispute on Paypal. I won of course. After I got the wrong Box with whatever inside (I haven’t opened it yet) I knew this was a scam.
The problem is you can not open a second dispute on the same transaction on Paypal. I guess the speculate that people wanna let it be at this point (that’s what I wanted to do at first).
So after some hours I finally made it to the customer support. They can open the dispute manually.

Same thing the others have said. The invoice said $48 for the game, and they charged me $56. Two months later, when the game came, it was an expansion pack, not the base game. When I disputed it, they first offered me $4, and when I told them I wanted the full amount, they said I could return it at my cost (to China) or accept $8. I did neither and filed a charge dispute wish me luck.
I would Rate 0 stars if i could…i bought 2 months Ago a Drink Game. It arrived here really Late, After that the Package was damage AND it was the wrong Box which i didnt recognized First. Don't let them fool you! Ordered a game that arrived with great delay. I was expecting the dice roll battle set while all the stuff came in a smaller box called party pack written on the box that is a EXPANSION BOX. The stuff inside of it might be correct, but it was randomly thrown in the box and send carelessly! Inside the box nothing to hold the cards that are just put in there, no sachet for the caps, the rulebook it's badly folded cause there is not enough space for it because IT'S THE WRONG BOX, the cups and the dices are different from the stuff in the advertise on their website.
Talked to the customer service that said that the shipment was all correct although I send to them every evidence, they proposed me to send it back (pay the shipment fee, Italy china) to have a refund.
Outrageous.
This is a scam, it takes for ages, and when it comes its some china made shit, nothing to do whit the real game ?
When you write them, the just say sorry, wont give you the real game, wont give you money back.

They did not send me the product I ordered (worth 50 USD) instead I received something worth a few USD. It took 2 months to arrive, was a Christmas present.
Random tracking numbers, first one from US, then 2nd from China. They reply on customer service , maximum compensation 10USD !!

Daylight robbery. Paid 42 dollars for two books. ‘Date with a book’ that should have been delivered in 3-7 days. It took more than two months and there was a piece of paper- not even stickers- and a flimsy leaflet that held three chapters of a book. What a shame. And had to pay extra for postage when it arrived!! Avoid like the plague.
This is a scam! Ordered on 5th January and got some dodgy tracking link that's updated every few days with fake info which has now stopped updating. Nearly a month later and I haven't received the item. Just filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Same experience as everyone else, I was given some random tracking number and was confused as to why an American start up was being shipped out of Ireland. Took a month to go through Irish and US customs which makes no sense. Also, the card payment was sent to a "MAIMANGSHOP" listed in Hong Kong on my statement. Filed a dispute on my card, reported this company as a scam, and recommend anyone else who want to get Heroes of Barcadia just get them off the Rollacrit main site or amazon. More than anything it's a shame Facebook and Instagram even let a scam website like this get pushed into people's ads.
I haven't received the Heroes of Barcadia and after investigating and contacting the original company that make the game they said that company has been reported as a scam and block your payments. its been over 2 weeks and I just got a fake delivery notice saying that it's on the way.
SCAM! Fake tracking number; fake site; fake products. They steal from hardworking people and I am sick and tired of Facebook and other social media sites allowing these scammers to use their platforms to steal from people. I no longer purchase anything from companies that advertise on social media platforms. Legit companies should help us destroy these scammers. Legit companies will lose money if we all quit buying from social media platforms.

Complete scam. You will be provided with fake tracking number. No product will ever arrive. They will say they will re send your item for an additional cost that it was “lost”. SCAM.
