The DR is extremely knowledgeable about the how the medicine works with other. She made me feel at ease. She answered all of my questions and never was rushed for time. Easy to work with and get my insurance straight.

My initial visit they took all the time I wanted to discuss why I was there and what my goals where. We discussed my health and family history. The support they provide with the dietician and nutritional information has been wonderfully informative. The application to help keep track of your daily values of protien, carbs, and fiber is extremely easy and very helpful!

It was a great visit to Knownwell for me. I had all my measurements taken and the provider took time to discuss the previous diets that I have been on, the types of medications available, like Zepbound and the delivery or pickup options. The provider said a nutritionist and coaches were available to help me. We talked about my goals. It was a great session, and I appreciate Knownwell and their expertise in helping their patients lose weight. Thank you, Knownwell.

I have been meeting with Dr. Amy for several months now. From the beginning she was sympathetic, informative and encouraging. She has given me excellent information and advice, as well as answering any questions and concerns I might have. When I have reached out between visits I have received prompt responses to messages sent. This has been a very successful weight loss journey for me and Knownwell has been a big part of it!

First visit with Knownwell Dr. Amy was so encouraging! She is extremely knowledgeable about the program and how it relates to my specific needs as well as medical issues! She made me feel so comfortable about starting a GLP1 medicine and offered assistance any way they can to make the journey easier! Offering help with insurance is an added bonus!! So far…I am extremely pleased with this company and excited to start my weight loss journey!

I researched a large number of online weight management services. I checked on them for legitimacy and quality. Knownwell stood out. The user friendly website design caught my attention as well as the feedback regarding the company itself. I've had my first visit. They allow plenty of time for the patient to feel valued and heard. Outstanding first impression. They handle the insurance end of things which is liberating!

Dr. Nguyen is one of the most kind physicians I have ever dealt with! She is attentive, so smart and truly cares for her patients well being. She has always gone the extra mile, whether it be with my insurance or finding the best alternative for my care. I used her in her previous practice and followed her to Knownwell! She always responds quickly to a message or phone call when I've needed a refill or just have a general inquiry.

My experience with KnownWell has really been an excellent one. I really like my PA, Corey Gosnell. I wish all physicians were so kind, empathetic, patient and willing to answer questions. Sure wish I could find a primary doctor in my area that was like her!! It’s nice that the app also lists recommended products. (For ex: Premier Protein to increase my protein intake), specifics about recommendations (For ex: how much total protein to aim for per day, etc.).
