Prompt product delivery. Cleanest windows and shower glass I've had for a long time. Good on tiles too. So easy to use rinse, wash and ready for next job.

I received a bath mat and it’s great, nice light weight and the water doesn’t soak through the mat on to the floor. Also I received a small koala cloth as a gift and it’s great to do my shower screen with. Highly recommend both products
Hi there, We're so pleased to hear you're enjoying both your bath mat and the KoalaCloth. Your recommendation means a lot to our team and we truly appreciate your support. Warm regards, KoalaCloth

I own a salon and had heard about the KoalaCloth through clients, I was a bit skeptical about how good they would be . I’m so amazed how clean all the mirrors and glass bench are in the salon and no chemicals have to be use. I would rate them 10 out of 10
Hi Lee, Thanks for sharing this with us! We love hearing that KoalaCloth has become a go-to in your salon and is making cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces so much easier. We truly appreciate the 10/10 rating and your support! Warm regards, KoalaCloth
With just water on my cooktop, which is a glass top, with the koala cloth it came up cleaner and streak free better than I have ever been able to get it. They are amazing cloths. Same with my shower glass. They are amazing.

I bought the clothes thinking I wonder if it will the job they say it would. I can honestly say Yes, Yes, Yes. I am thrilled at how clean my windows and shower are after use. I have just bought the bottle cleaner this past week and again I am thrilled with the results. I have suggested to my grand daughter who has just had a baby to start using them instead of using the chemicals. Pleased to say she listened and is going to buy some. Thank you Koala. Deana x
Hi Deana, What a lovely review! We're so happy to hear KoalaCloth has been working so well for your windows, shower and bottle cleaner. It means a lot that you've recommended us to your granddaughter too. Thanks again for your support, we really appreciate it! Warm regards, KoalaCloth
Product does exactly, & some, what they say it would. Very happy, there was some areas that did need cleaning agent as well but stain was there for a while.
Hi there, We're delighted to hear you're happy with the results and that KoalaCloth lived up to your expectations. Yes, stubborn stains that have built up over time may need a little extra help with a gentle cleaner, but once they're removed, regular cleaning with your KoalaCloth is usually all that's needed to keep surfaces looking their best. Warm regards, KoalaCloth
Extremely impressed. Has done everything that has been advertised.

They work really well in bathroom and kitchen. Have yet to try on glass and windows but will be. Bundle was a good idea as one is not enough. The grout brush is really good and strong.

Product did not perform anything like what was depicted in the glorious advertising Return was difficult and at some epense
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and we're sorry to hear the cloths didn't meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify that results can vary depending on the surface, the level of dirt or buildup and how the cloths are used. For surfaces with long-standing buildup, a gentle cleaner may sometimes be needed, as the cloths are not designed to remove heavy, built-up residue on their own. Additionally, whether return postage costs apply is determined in accordance with our returns policy. That said, we'd love the opportunity to review your case in more detail. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] and our Head of Customer Relations, Mark, will personally review your case to see how we can best assist and help resolve this for you. Warm regards, KoalaCloth
Just started using these cloths and I was reserving judgement. May need a cleaning solution for really sticky substances but my black marble bench has come up glossy with no streaks just using a damp koala cloth. Large bathroom mirrors and glass shower panels got a wipe over with a damp koala mop pad on my ordinary swivel head ‘mop’ (great for reaching right to the ceiling). One heavily water marked screen will need some more attention but the rest had a damp wipe over, followed by a dry wipe with koala cloths. They look terrific with very little effort. Very impressed
Hi Gayle, It's so nice to hear you've been so impressed with the results across a range of surfaces and that you've even found a creative way to clean those high shower panels. Thanks again for your support and for sharing your experience with us. Warm regards, KoalaCloth

My shower screens are always clean now. The cloths are amazing. Just wipe the shower down after each use and the hard work is done. I even cleaned all my kitchen cupboard doors, just using water and the koala cloth.
