I used one of my cloths ONCE . Washed it ,( as per instructions ) and it is now falling apart !!! I sent photos of this together with an email . No reply , sent another email stating how disappointed I was after having spent $225 ….. no reply . I see there are a number of people disappointed with the lack of after sales service and quality of the product . Won’t be purchasing again nor recommending this product 👎

The Koala Cloth is an absolute game changer. I have never seen my windows so clean and sparkling. I honestly can’t stop talking about how good they look. It also works brilliantly on my splashback, fridge and stainless steel, leaving everything streak‑free and shiny. My friends and I have all bought them and we’re constantly sharing photos of our results because we’re so impressed. The brush is amazing too — I had no idea my grout was that dirty until I used it. Now everything looks fresh and new. Highly recommend!

Just bought 6 now have 9 and have them all over the house and a couple in my motorhome. Cleans everything in a flash. Have looked at the koala cloth a number of times on Facebook, but when a friend said they were wonderful decided to buy some for myself. So glad I did. Have even given one to my son who uses it for cleaning his glasses and his TV. Would certainly recommend them.
