Really Great Service (:

i reached out to Korura Club for the opportunity to collaborate with them, which was a super easy process. They were very thorough about what a partnership would include and super friendly! Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to deliver the requested content in a timely manner and communicated this to Korura Club. They were incredibly patient and understanding and I did not feel pressured or rushed at all. Their team was incredibly helpful to chat with, and the products themselves were very reasonably priced for the quality of them! All in all, I had a terrific experience working with this company and would do so again.

Great customer service and very cute product

Usually I am skeptical at best when it comes to online stores. The only thing that made me comfortable buying from Korura Club was their excellent customer service reviews. As with most products online, sizing can be rather difficult. This led me to the decision to purchase from their Amazon store one or two pieces to try on before getting more directly from the website. I really liked the product (stretchy and made of breathable rayon fabric) and I found that S/M fit me and the L/XL was too large, so I went to buy S/M from them directly. I was very sad when I found that the specific items I had ordered from them directly had a different fit and were much too tight. I emailed them about this and they completely rectified the problem! They were timely and respectful in their responses and made me feel like a truly valued customer. TLDR: if you are scared to buy online, you can put your worries to rest when you order from Korura Club.
