Highly recommend and very caring.
With the unexpected passing of furr baby. Kramer Cremation really helped with all the questions. Guided us with all final decisions. Service was great and we even received her ashes back earlier then expected.

Excellent Service
Kramer Cremation was excellent at communicating the cremation and death certificate process. They kept me informed all along the way. They accidentally charged me twice on my credit card but were extremely prompt in issuing a credit. I have used them twice and each time they have been responsive and compassionate!

I must say I am very impressed with Kramer. The entire process has been so streamlined and painless. It has helped my family focus on grieving instead of worrying about all the different facets of a funeral etc. unfortunately, our loved one did not have life insurance so this was literally a God send being so affordable. I highly recommend Kramer!

I would highly recommend Kramer Cremation. The people I spoke to on the phone were always kind and helpful, but a lot of it was done online through their forms. I went for the least expensive service, and there were a few needed add-ons that added to the price, but it was still less expensive than their competitors.

Everyone was so kind and went beyond my expectations!! When we drop my Peter off and a young lady came out and apologized for coming in . I welcomed her in asked for help she helped with us with Peter . She closed his bag and took him to the freezer. Even customers service was excellent helped me and walked me through the paperwork. I wish I could remember everyone name . I was So emotional and upset.

It was easy to make the arrangements online at a difficult time. Josh was fantastic to work with. Anytime I called, he was provided great customer service and answered all the questions I had. Very affordable and received updates al the way through the process. Didn't have to worry about missing a phone call. Highly recommend!!
