They were unprofessional
They were unprofessional and provoked my family. It was a very difficult time for us, loosing our loved one. Their urn selection was limited as well and they had zero customer service. Even though this company can be somewhat affordable. If you want cheap. You get cheap. We ended up going to Chase Funeral Home in Aurora Colorado. And they saved the day.

Big problem
On Saturday when the deceased was picked up we were assured there would be no problem for his father to see the body on Monday and someone would call us for a specific time. On Monday, when we did not receive a call, we called and were told that his father could not see the body, no exceptions.

The company was open on the weekend for drop off of my beloved cat on the day he passed. Although the office was not open, they had a procedure for drop off. The service was performed quickly (I paid extra for the 3-day cremation window) and pickup was easy. The staff were respectful and to the point. This is a no frills service but was a dignified experience. Good service and would recommend.
Easy transparent and affordable
My little Chihuahua died unexpectedly on a Friday night. Through my shock and grief, last thing I wanted to do was figure out how to honor his little body before decomposition began. I didn’t have $500+ and no place to bury him..not to mention it was the weekend. Kramer made it so easy to set up online and drop him off without worrying about hidden fees or or a difficult business hours. For anyone who wants all the extras, they have that too. Very inexpensive. Very straightforward and uncomplicated. I’d recommend to anyone who experiences the loss of a pet.
