Hello Paul, I'm sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet. As we informed you by email, according to the tracking information, it appears that the postal service has lost the shipment. We have therefore sent your order again (see tracking information in the email). Due to the holidays, this second order has unfortunately not yet arrived. If you do not receive the goods in the end, we will of course refund your money. So you will not lose any money. Best regards and happy holidays, Your KrimiGames team
Super experience
Amazing product!
The game/product was of high quality and meticulously prepared. Shipment was without any issues, and customer support seemed very personal. The game was incredibly fun and well put-together, with digital support where needed for tips and tricks. 10/10 would recommend this and order again!
Challenging and fun

Experience was great
Experience was great. Service was friendly and helpful.
Fun with paper evidence
It was fun with the paper evidence, nicer than only online. In this murder mystery there were not so many puzzles to be solved. The tips on the website were usefull. In the end we only needed one to finally solve the mystery. We had a splendid afternoon!
