Don't make the mistakes I did and a number of other customers who were horrified by this company! I ordered a scooter without reading the comments, only because my card didn't work in one store and I did it in another ☹️that's right, they don't answer messages. I waited for a response to my letter for 3 days... in the end they answered me, in total I wrote 9 letters. At first they offered me to pay extra for the exchange if the scooter was more expensive, and when I said that I wanted to return the scooter (I already understood that I needed to run as far away from this store as possible) and get my money, they stopped answering me. Run as far away from such a store as possible!

I just bought a G3 pro couple days ago on 31 october the process of shipment has been perfect in just one working day they shipped my scooter and it's still on the way so i am waiting for that but i have big issues and you guys are going to have big problems if you buy on this website as well. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO HELP for any problem you're going to have with your scooter. I shot them 4 e-mail never answered me.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE! there are so many kugookirin website so be aware which one you choose, unfortunately i must keep my scooter cause i cannot return it to them because they don't even answer me for the return. Save your WALLET

I just received my Kugoo G4 which they repaired back in Poland here in Ireland. It is doing really well and they even replaced the damaged parts due to my recent accident without any charges. Thanks for their costumer support for their fast response and actions taken to bring back my scooter to its optimal state. Thumbs Up 👍👍 to your Good Company and quality service. Thank you so much.
Shortly after buying a Kugoo Kirin G3, the rear tyre started to go flat through a flange in the wheel hub, not the tire. Was informed that the problem was with the tubeless tyre which in not under warranty. 3 months later, last December the base of the scooter stem started to crack and was told they had none in stock. Still waiting for a replacement for which I must pay delivery.
Purchase from Kugoo at your peril. The reason their prices are so competitive is because there is NO after sales service or warranty! Have exchanged 18 emails with numerous videos and still nothing.

I bought a Kugoo M3 from kugoo-ireland.com in end of July. I just needed a scooter for 6 month as I`m getting a driver licence. Last then 2 months and I can`t ride the scooter anymore. The steering pole is getting loose at the botton and there is no way to tighten it as it`s the covered part. I first took it to a scooter repair shop to see if it could be tightened and the guy said it could not be fixed, that would be broken soon and I should not ride it anymore as it could break while I was riding it. He also said he doesn’t`sell Kugoo scooters anymore as customers used to have a lot of problems with their scooters that seems to be made by “cheap pieces”.
I decided them to contact Kugoo customer service and every email used to take 2 days to be responded. They asked me for a video showing the problem and I sent it to them. Two days later they sent me a video showing how to tighten. The problem is on the video they sent my scooter don`t have the part showing on the video and also it wasn`t the part I was having problem. I sent another email to with pictures of my scooter showing them my it wasn`t the same as the video but anyway that wasn`t what needs to be fixed, it`s the piece below that and it couldn`t be reached.
They replied saying that if I don`t know how to tighten it I could take it to a scooter shop and ask them to it and they would cover anything up to 15 euros hahaha.
I took it to another shop and after trying for a while the guy said the same thing. The piece is covered, can`t be tighten and will break soon.
I sent an email to customer service again saying what happened and they decided just to ignore it and not reply anymore.
I recommend anyone to never buy anything from them.

Worst scooter I have ever got!
Once you try it first time you get excited and it looks great with all the features it has but believe me a few months later you will realize it is just nice looking but from inside there is no quality at all.
I have had mine for less than a year and I already have many issues
1- Front light, sometimes it is always on even though it is off
2- Back light is not working any more
3- Back brake needs to be adjusted
4- Folding base is terrible. It is very very hard. You need a hammer to fold it
5- Handles shake no matter how much you adjust them
6- The battery almost lost 90% of its life
7- Battery sensor is never acurate. When you don't step on the scooter it shows you the battery is full. Once you step on it iit shows you 2 / 5
Before this scooter, I had a Segway max30 for 2 years and ZERO issue I had with it.
I think it is a red flad when you see ooon their websitte that they have so many spare parts for it bc it means anything can get dameges at any time

I bought a KUGOO M4 PRO and was very happy with it until I had an issue and the scooter would not move anymore (after approx. 120 km !). I contacted the KUGOO support service many times but never received any answer. This is terrible as I cannot use my scooter anymore. DO NOT BUY KUGOO
