Kugoo Warranty and After Sales Service
Shortly after buying a Kugoo Kirin G3, the rear tyre started to go flat through a flange in the wheel hub, not the tire. Was informed that the problem was with the tubeless tyre which in not under warranty. 3 months later, last December the base of the scooter stem started to crack and was told they had none in stock. Still waiting for a replacement for which I must pay delivery. Purchase from Kugoo at your peril. The reason their prices are so competitive is because there is NO after sales service or warranty! Have exchanged 18 emails with numerous videos and still nothing.
