Superbly done strap! It was a piece of art honestly! Worth every penny I paid for! Most importantly they was quick to reply to all my questions, and very very patient( they actually spend a lot of time with me just to make sure I got the measurement for my wife’s wrist right before they started to make the holes)! Will definitely buy from them again!

It has been three weeks since Lac Crado admin emailed to say that my item had been shipped and a tracking number would be provided. Since then I have heard absolutely nothing despite a number of attempts to reach out.

Responsive and great communication
Responsive and great communication. The quality of the strap is very good and very comfortable. I have Everest croc strap but Lac Crado strap is so much more comfortable and it is very beautiful.
Do not buy
Poor quality. Deteriorated after only a few months. Customer service was terrible.
