Wore this gorgeous dress to my film premiere. It was the star of the show! SO comfy, so whimsy, so easy to get around in. I was able to network, man the evnt, and sit comfortably in it while feeling so cute. It was also super affordable and such great quality.

I’ve been shopping a lacemade for years and it has definitely grown since then. Id say for a bigger online “small” brand, they are definitely better than others. First the quality of the clothes are amazing. They also have a lot of events within their community and people are very kind. Another thing is that their customer service has definitely improved compared to the last couple years

I've never had an issue exchanging something if I've needed to. Delivery is decently quick, even for items on back order! I've been following lacemade for years. The glass candy corset dress is definitely my favorite lacemade dress. It's so delicate and the details are so stunning in person. The corset snatches my waist and the a-line skirt falls so perfectly. I'm normally between sizes S and M, but I ordered size M and it fit perfectly. For reference, my waist size is 27 and my US dress size is size 6.
This was my first Lacemade set and I am so in love! The quality is fantastic and so well made. The Audrey corset is structured enough to hold you in while still providing comfort. I loved that the skirt had lace panel panels that you could remove or keep on offering two different styles. I can’t wait to order more from them.
This corset and skirt were just what I wanted! I am 5’4” and typically order a small but I ordered a medium based on the website’s size chart and it was just right!
Lacemade carries the most elegant and beautiful pieces for coquette-inspired looks. I own a two dresses, a skirt, a cardigan, two tops, and a wool coat, and all of which are very visible high quality and wonderfully crafted. I love the affordable price point of these products, as they make wearing my style attainable. I am most in love with the coat I bought from them. It's 100% wool and extremely beautiful. I always get a ton of compliments every time I wear it, and it keeps me super warm during the winter. Lacemade is a brand I will always come back to again and again for excellent clothes and accessories.

although i did have trouble getting my refund at first, in the end, lacemade was able to give me a full refund and managed to intercept the dress before it was sent out to me. While they might take a little longer to get back to you than the 24 hours their website says, this was resolved much more quickly than what other people have said prior. While I wish there was some more communication at times, I appreciate that there were on top of my case. Thank you lacemade, I do think there have been improvements in your customer service in comparison to other people's experiences! I appreciate all the help.

I absolutely love this brand! I was originally hesitant since it is only online and buying clothes without trying them on is tricky. That being said, I adore the dress I got. It fits perfectly, the fabric is soft, and it looks so pretty. Shipping took a while, but did come near the predicted window by a day or two. I will be purchasing from here again.
I’ve had a pretty good experience with Lacemade. Their dress designs are pretty and historically inspired and all my orders have arrived in a little over a week.
Company is super polite, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. They provide lots of opportunities for points and some fun with their products via their Discord group. Cannot recommend support to Lacemade enough!
The quality is generally good, but they vet the reviews on their website and do not allow negative ones. In addition to this, they recently held a giveaway based on customers writing trust pilot reviews. Overall i like the brand and have had good experiences with returns and exchanges but there's absolutely zero transparency.
