Scammers

I subscribed last month to check if the app is working for me because i have high ping in ME. I found out that the app is making my ping worse so I requested a refund and a cancellation to my subscription by contacting support team through email. 2 days ago the renewed my subscription and charged my credit card without my approval. I also contacted them again about this issue they said that it is my mistake because I didn’t cancel the subscription from their website. In their website there’s no option to cancel your subscription 🤦🏻‍♂️

Purchased a subscription and it's not…

Purchased a subscription and it's not working well for me because I am EU based. I have 1 GIG connection and my ping in game is below 20 normally. With LagoFast my ping goes above 100. I requested for refund but they ignore me. I have been using this for less than 1 day. According to the site they offer money-back within 3 days. Would not recommend!
