Scammers
I subscribed last month to check if the app is working for me because i have high ping in ME. I found out that the app is making my ping worse so I requested a refund and a cancellation to my subscription by contacting support team through email. 2 days ago the renewed my subscription and charged my credit card without my approval. I also contacted them again about this issue they said that it is my mistake because I didn’t cancel the subscription from their website. In their website there’s no option to cancel your subscription 🤦🏻♂️
