I was expecting the product shown on the add which was a 3 dimensional bike with my wife. What I received was a piece of acrylic with a bad picture of my wife imposed on it.

I wouldn't off even given it one star . I ordered a item of a person on a bike which appears to be 3 D When it arrived it was a cheap piece of perspex and a piece of wood absolutely shocking.my son is devastated as this was his dad's Christmas present. And now it's to late to order or pay for another present with it costing around 50. And taking weeks to arrive
BEWARE Ordered a customised product which…
Ordered a customised product which arrived after 3 to 4 weeks. The advertised picture showed a 3d ornament on a lovely varnished wooden plynth. What arrived was a piece of flat plastic with a superemposed picture of the picture i uploaded for them to use as reference. Not a 3d solid ornament as advertisedbon their site. Paypal unable to do anything as it comes up as non returnable due to being customised. 55.00 quid gone, left with a piece of useless plastic and a scrappy piece of wood with a hole in it to hold the piece of plastic. Should have done better research, not a UK company, do not use them, save your money. Ordered as a memory gift left extremely disappointed.
