Wanted to get my car serviced and 2 new tyres at Lander Toyota Blacktown however no one was available to take my call, not once but twice. I called and just kept being put on a loop of call waiting, someone answered and saying they would transfer me to the service department then more waiting and then to someone else who said they would transfer me. All this not once but several times in the same call. I tried again earlier the next day with the same result. They were quickly available when I brought the car but now that I need service they are nowhere to be found, but hey I could book online or speak to a chatbot neither of which I wanted to do which is why I called . And speaking of when I brought the car it was like an assembly line process from one office to another to upsell me, it took hours once I had decided on the car the salesman moved on and I had to sit thorugh hours of waiting rooms and people upselling me. Could we not just buy a car with everything included instead of deciding on different coatings, tinting, car mats, and so many other things with different people in different offices with long waits in between. Really bad experience all round, made me feel like a money making object rather than a valued customer. Just dont go there ever.
Has an automatic renewal in one year- tried to cancel and refused to give me a full refund - go to other websites like Splice.com who has better options and care about customer relations expecially a proffesional with an enormous network- Trash this app
Don’t give this company your money!
I ordered a iPhone case for my iPhone 7-plus. Order number BGZSO4040592. The wrong size was shipped through BGZ brands. They emailed me and told me to ship it back at my cost. I did over a month ago at $5.60 usps.
Now I’m out approx $17.50.
I emailed them to ask them where’s my refund? I haven’t heard a peep from them.

My experience with Lander and Co, particularly with Katie was very good. I felt that Katie briefed me thoroughly on both the pros and cons of proceeding with my case, she even provided me with realistic costs to consider should the case not be successful. I felt that I was provided with sufficient information to make an informed choice. Once I made my decision Katie assisted me with each step of the process helping me to navigate a very complex and cumbersome process. While the case was successful I would have been grateful regardless of the outcome given Katie's care and support. I highly recommend Lander and Co, particularly Katie for her gentle, helpful and grounded help and support.
