Although the order took a bit, could have been due to the embroidery, when I reached out for a status the customer service was quick. The bag is of heavy durable material. Very well made and very spacious to fit all gear. Would definitely recommend. Also has a great warranty .

Great bag so far

Great bag so far! Smooth zippers, thick material. So far, the straps are holding up. Our last lax bag didn't have reinforced straps or ties and those fell apart fast. This one seems better made. The cooler is a great addition! Hot Texas weather requires cold drinks!
