My son loves his team bag. This is his 3rd lacrosse bag in 3 years. This bag holds all his gear even rib pads for box lacrosse. LAXGEAR’s customer service is exceptional. The bag is new and holding up well so far, with the quality and warranty I know he’ll have it for years to come.

Great service. I was in a rush to get a bag before travelling for a tournament, and Aaron worked with me to get the bag on time, with an offer to do the embroidery that I ordered after the tournament. This is our third Laxgear bag - they are very high quality and built to last. Look forward to using this one for years to come.

Item was out of stock, took awhile for item to come in… from time of order placement, to receiving item was approximately 3 weeks. Paid for expedited shipping, 2-3 days was was our expectation…definitely failed on that
Definitely understandable... unfortunately our hands were tied and could not have changed the outcome as our bag shipment was delayed. Hopefully our proactive communication softened the blow. Refund was option upfront.
The customer service from Aaron was unmatched. Super clear communication. Anticipated design and costs needs. The bags arrived with godspeed! When the bags arrived, I was blown away by the quality of material and designs. Definitely the pinnacle of lacrosse bag!
