Great to work with, very responsive to our questions
Getting my card was very easy with leafwell. The application was simple,easy to understand. The cost was well with it. Didn't take long to do it or to receive approval. Recommending this company to all my friends. Thanks
The physician has yet to put me on his patient list to be accepted into my department of health. If I had a deadline coming up which is why I got the card I would be screwed. Update: I have received the steps to move forward but it still should have taken as long as it did and without being able to contact to physician directly to better understand the problem.
