I was skeptical

I was skeptical, but I HIGHLY Recommend this process BY Lease End. The representative was pleasant and thorough in explaining the process. No pressure to purchase offered insurances. The process was fast. Done completely online . Following this process allowed me to avoid dealer fees attached to their buyout process.

I was only halfway through my lease…

I was only halfway through my lease with Nissan when I started receiving emails and letters in the mail from LeaseEnd. I called one day just to inquire about the process, with zero intention to end my current lease. After expressing my concerns and asking to reach out to family for a second opinion (multiple times) the staff member kept asking me things like “why do you want to do that” or “what can I do to get you to say yes” and so on. I realize now I should’ve hung up the call, but the man I spoke with was extremely pushy and using extreme sales tactics. Without clearly explaining they’d be adding over $4k in additional coverages, I’m now in a 6+ year contract and expected to pay almost $30k for a car worth only $20k. This has been the absolute worst experience and I highly recommend avoiding this company if they reach out. Nothing about this process was black and white or clearly explained. This is certainly a lesson learned on my end, but this company should be ashamed for pressuring anyone into a life altering contract that they are clearly not interested in or ready for.

When the leases on both of my vehicles were coming to an end, I really didn’t want to lease again. My nephew recommended Lease End because he had such a great experience with them, and I’m so glad I gave them a call. Working with Nick Egbert was one of the best decisions I made. He found me an unbelievable deal on both vehicles and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was even helping me over the weekend on his own time, without getting paid, just to make sure everything went smoothly. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find these days. Gabe took advantage of me @my lowest and then turned me over to Desn rep and they ran my credit 7 times and those were hard inquiries and my credit scores were 675and 648 I talked to Gabe the banks that he started they would be using none of them are on my credit I have never heard of these banks before when I tried to reach out a rep name Dean then jumped in said he would look into it I haven't heard anything back that was no ok Your company took advantage of a elder person I guess LEASE END feels that was OK to put 7 HARD INQUIRIES ON SOME ONES CREDIT.

Steer clear of Lease End

Steer clear of Lease End. They are a middle man that completely screwed up my conversion from a lease to a purchase on my car. Had I worked directly with the lease holder it would've been much smoother and easier. No resolution and no help.
