Lose of Human Touch
I wish they went back to a phone number to contact them. Now everything is more automated and losing the human touch. Other than that they have a simple and streamlined system.
Good but needs more flexibility
The workflow and automatic lease building is where I get the value. However, some limitations in editing cause a problem. When editing the "owner" field in the lease, I cannot fit the legal name of the owner: "XXX Holdings - Xxxxx Xxxxxx XXXX Xxxxx Series LLC". I need a higher character limit. From a legal perspective this may be a deal breaker.
The original software was clunky
The original software was clunky, but you continually seem to be upgrading and fixes bugs and common sense mapping to make it easier to use. A "Weekly Rental" option would be nice as a shit ton of houses near or on the shore rent by the week. Market the software that way and you will increase business.

I've been using leaserunner for years
I've been using leaserunner for years. Its makes it easy for tenants to apply and pay for their own screening. I also feel good about the screening fee going directly to a third party, versus me collecting it directly. Reports are clear, and the application gives me almost everything I need for my lease.

I use Leaserunner in my property…
I use Leaserunner in my property leasing business. It makes the job of collecting rent payments much better. Tenants pay more reliably. There are some things that Leasrunner wants to do that I don't use - like managing my leases. And that can make it less intuitive to integrate into my business, but i am happy that ACH payments are possible.
