I've been using Leaserunner for 12 years, have done over 400 applications over the years. I always stuck with you guys because when something was wrong, I could call you and speak to a person. This is no longer the case, we are in an industry where time is of the essence. I will start looking for a different company that has actual customer service that I can call.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Your online help/ guidance is flawed and does not match the workflow. It misguides or hallucinates. Excellent and comprehensive documentation and templates.

Honestly if I could leave zero stars I would. We are moving across country application fees are expensive so we were so excited about this option to pay it and then share it and save at least a little cost in the long run. Then it came time to access it a 2nd time. Couldn't find an email with a link so I tried their website. Verified says not right (I know thats wrong) so emailed customer service. The end result of those 4 back and forth emails was being talked to like a delayed child who didn't understand how email works. Customer service is what keeps customers, whatever you have is not.

My tenant set up payment through your site and submitted the first deposit on March 21 st. I received email confirmation of this from lease runner. It said the deposit was scheduled to be in my account by the 24th of March, or at the latest, March 27th and we have not seen it. We have confirmed account numbers and I cannot seem to get a quick response ( none so far) from lease runner regarding this. I have left a phone message and sent a message through the help email portal.
