Truly awesome jacket
I was sceptical at first with a co.za website based in Pakistan, but truly awesome service.
Faisal was amazing and my Classic Nubuck Leather Bomber Pilot Jacket is a work of art. the best quality material and craftsmanship.
Communication can improve to keep you informed of progress but I can highly recommended this team for any of the products advertised.
Thank you Faisal and team for money well spent on the best possible quality and for all the hard work and love put into making this jacket.
Would have been 5 star but Press Studs come loose on the pants, you left a name of rider on the pants, and there's some stitching on the left cloth tat's a bit loose.....but over all ok
I was told by Leather Collection (LC) & confirmed by several emails that LC would make motorcycle boots to fit my foot size. After a long period of waiting & follow-up emails the boots finally arrived, but they were NOT made to my size (too small)! A 2nd pair of boots arrived, but they were smaller than the 1st pair!
Several follow-up emails have been sent to LC but they have not replied to my complaint.
Would I recommend LC?... NO!

Don’t buy jackets from these people this is a third party company that will not respond to issues with there merchandise size is not accurate won’t give you a return address even upon filling out a return authorization have a fake number on what’s up which is a 347 number from NY also want to charge you restocking fee on a return or tell you to sell the jacket and purchase another one , do not trust sending these people your money and have to wait 30 days for this jacket to come from overseas. I will keep writing reviews on this daily don’t get scamed like I did . Good luck on them getting g back to you takes about a week to respond to a email

Expectations were exceeded
My support person, Faisal, was great -- timely communications and helpful suggestions throughout the process. The quality of material and workmanship of the jacket is excellent. Sizing according to their guide is pretty much right on. The guide for a US 44 is chest of 42.5 inches which is almost exactly my measurement. Wearing a compression t-shirt, the jacket fits like a glove. If you plan to wear anything else under the jacket such as a turtleneck or heated vest, I suggest sizing up.
The quality of the armor, though, was only OK. I swapped out the shoulder armor with a set from Dianese, which increase the comfort greatly. Also, the back armor was a thick piece of foam rubber. It was bulky and given that my jacket was fully perforated, didn't seem to make much sense. I swapped that out with "Ghost" armor from Icon. These changes increased the cost of my jacket by $100 US. Nevertheless, it greatly improved the functionality and comfort of the jacket. Given the original cost and quality, this jacket is still a great value.
Highly recommend! If you can work with Faisal, even better.

Product does not fit description, no customer support
I did not want to give a very bad rating, unfortunately I have to.
I ordered a all-weather CE protected motorcycle jacket with rainproof zip-in and a isolation-zip in: this is what the product website cleary states in English and German.
The jacket, however, does feature neither of those things, also no means to zip in Protectors of my own - hence the product is NOT fit for its intended use as motorcycle jacket.
I tried contacting the customer support and sales team and even the General Manager, giving all of them more than a week to respond - with no answer whatsoever.
Hence I can only ask you as customer to NOT place an order with Leathercollection.com
When ordering, I was fully aware the Jacket was custom made in Pakistan. So, the long-ish leadtime is no issue. Eventually I received a jacket and the quality of leather and seems is quite great.
In all honesty, if the Product would fit its description, this would have been a 5-star rating.
If customer service would have helped, it would have been a 4* at least, too.
As it is - this is a clear no go.

Delivery was quite slow and the size chart was incorrect.
However, the quality of the gloves I ordered is rather good.

Waistline of pants is way too high …•legs loose. … provided sizing but they responded back and made them off their “predetermined sizes” which is usable but not optimal

They did a great job all around. Answered any questions I had fast. The suit came in way faster than what was quoted and great quality i might add with everything I asked for.

The jacket is of very poor quality. Upon receiving the package, I notified customer service by email and sent photos, but I still haven't received a response.
Avoid this site; their after-sales service is nonexistent and the quality is rubbish.

Jacket and gloves exceed what I thought it was gonna be. Came in pretty fast. Only issue was I sent an email but never got a response so I was worried order did not go thru but I love the jacket and gloves. They fit perfect.

I bought an espresso jacket and it costed me 500$, the leather was okay but the quality of the lining and the fur collar was horrible! Plus, the shipping was long, and untrackable. When I tried emailing the company, I had no response and when I tried returning the jacket, they wanted me to pay for all, like said in the policy, but to return the jacket and have nothing, it eould have costed ms around 250$ horrible!
