Great Personalized Support and Great options
The pre-sales support was excellent and the in-store sales support continued to be superb. All questions answered, demonstration of any sofa we looked at, tried numerous types and the selection of sofa style and leathers was amazing. After providing a complete scenario of our living environment, a recommendation was made. We tested good representative models and finalized our selection - built the way we wanted it and with the materials we wanted!

High Quality Leather Furniture
Leather Creations has been absolutely amazing to work with, and their products are truly top notch. We purchased a powered leather 4-seat theater row with wedge arms back in 2019, and fast forward to 2026 — after a move and building a brand-new, larger home theater — the seats still look almost new and operate flawlessly.
Instead of pushing us to replace everything, Leather Creations suggested we simply add two more chairs and reconfigure the original four into two rows of three. They even offered to add additional fill to the existing seat cushions to fluff them up and provided conditioner to help maintain the original leather luster.
When you buy from Leather Creations, you’re getting the highest quality custom-made leather furniture built to last. With proper care, these seats will easily last 20 years or more. Just as important, you can count on them to stand behind their products and be there if service is ever needed.
Highly recommend Leather Creations for any leather furniture or home theater seating needs!
The variety of sofa styles, from traditional to contemporary, was impressive. Being able to pick a style you love, along with the color and leather quality, was a fantastic bonus. On top of that, the craftsmanship and quality were top-notch. The sales staff was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve had our set for three years now and couldn’t be happier.

Thank you very much for sharing, keep taking care of the leather and you will be enjoying your set for a very long time!
Bill at Kennesaw was so helpful. This is the second purchase we have made - the first was over 15 years ago. Their leather furniture is second none. I abuse mine by coming in sweaty, dirty, sandy and it just lasted - we live on the coast in Fl and I traveled back to Atlanta when we were ready purchase.

Thank you very much for sharing, we love to hear from customers that have been enjoying their furniture for such a long time!
I have been a customer of Leather Creations in Deerfield for nearly 10 years. That relationship has continued because of the outstanding service I have received on over a dozen visits. We have made multiple purchases during this timeframe, and the service and quality of the experience is exceptional. It has been an enjoyable process working with either Wade or Jerry to meet our needs. The expertise and professionalism of them both is extraordinary. The quality of their merchandise is top notch and our multiple couches and love seats look brand new to this day. I am sure the leather cleaner and conditioner is helpful and we have followed their recommendations for care. A great and proven result. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality piece of furniture to start with Leather Creations in Deerfield. You won't need to go anywhere else.

Best Leather Furniture Ever Made
Leather creations has amazing customer service and a great product. We purchased a set in 1994 and it lasted almost 30 years. We just purchased another set and it is beautiful and well made. We have tried other companies and there is no comparison. The Kennesaw store is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional as is the Alpharetta store.
Thank you, Leather Creations!!

This is an amazing custom-furniture…
This is an amazing custom-furniture manufacturer of leather furniture. I purchased a sofa and loveseat from Leather Creations 20+ years ago, and loved it so much that I purchased another sofa and loveseat recently. The selection, quality, and customer service are top-notch.

High Quality worth every penny by
We hit the jackpot at an estate sale — a 2007 Leather Creations couch, chair, and ottoman in amazing shape! We stopped by the Leather Creations store for cleaning supplies and met Greg Morse, who was a total rockstar. He explained our set is fully protected leather (no wonder it’s aged like fine wine!) and even sent us home with a big sack of stuffing to refresh the cushions. Now, at 18 years old, this set looks showroom new. Incredible quality, even better service! Check out yelp for the before and after photos

Excellent service. Bill & John were over and above helpful with my leather cushions. Thank you so much for explaining how to care for the leather & stuffing. Joyce

Leather Creations Quality with Excellent Service…
Leather Creations not only has quality leather furniture, it has excellent customer service. I have had my leather couch, swivel rocker, and ottoman for over 21 years. Leather Creations has been there to provide fill for my cushions, cleaning and conditioning to keep my leather in top shape, and repairs if needed. My recent phone call was to order more cleaning and conditioner; and to fix a mechanical part on my electric reclining sofa. Jerry provided excellent customer service, so much so I had to tell my sister, who also bought a sofa 21 years ago. She said she regretted buying a sofa from another furniture store as it is already wearing out after a few years. Leather Creations has quality furniture unmatched to most furniture stores. Thank you Leather Creations!

Hello, thank you for sharing. We love to hear from customers that have been enjoying their furniture for such a long time!
We just purchased our second set of recliners; love them! The first set, which we purchased 15 years ago, is still in very good condition so we are giving it to our grandson for his first apartment. Jerry, our salesman, was great......the entire experience was excellent.

The company has a nice showroom in Kennesaw and lovely furniture but more important to me was the management was flexible in considering my request and provided excellent customer service, as well as a beautifully-done end product.

Awesome sofa
From the moment it arrived, this leather sofa has exceeded every expectation. The quality of construction is immediately apparent—solid, sturdy, and clearly built to last. Every seam and stitch reflects careful craftsmanship.
The leather is incredibly soft to the touch, offering a luxurious feel that invites you to sink in and relax. Despite daily use, the material has held up beautifully, showing remarkable durability with no signs of wear or sagging.
What truly sets this piece apart is its superb design. It’s both elegant and modern, effortlessly elevating the look of my living space. The proportions are perfect, and the attention to detail—from the sleek lines to the subtle curves—makes it a standout.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking a blend of comfort, style, and long-term value. This sofa is a true investment in quality.
