Despite two decades of daily use, movie marathons, and family time, the leather has aged into a gorgeous soft patina without cracking, and the cushions remain as supportive as day one. It's a true testament to investing in quality furniture. If you ever find a piece built like this, grab it!
We bought a sectional sofa and a recliner plus one chair from Leather Creations about 5 years ago in Austin Texas. Once in the store we did not shop around anywhere else. The selection of full top-grain leathers is impressive—over 100 options in beautiful colors and finishes—and the ability to customize size, arm style, cushion firmness, and more made it easy to get exactly what I wanted for our space. The quality is exceptional. The leather feels luxurious and buttery soft yet durable, the kiln-dried hardwood frames are rock-solid, and the craftsmanship is clearly American-made with attention to every detail. It’s comfortable right out of the box and looks even better in person than in the photos. Knowing it’s built in their Georgia factory since 1994 and backed by a lifetime frame warranty gives real peace of mind. Customer service was excellent too—responsive design consultation help when I had questions, clear updates during the build process (around 4–6 weeks), and careful nationwide white-glove delivery. The piece arrived in perfect condition and has already become the centerpiece of our living room. If you’re looking for high-quality, custom leather sofas, sectionals, or recliners that are made to last for decades, Leather Creations is the way to go. Worth every penny—I’ll definitely be a repeat customer! A special shout out to John Mark for excellent support.
Thank you very much for sharing, we love to hear from our customers that have been enjoying their furniture for some time now. Reviews like these show that the furniture will stand the test of time in an active household!
Bill was so extremely helpful in helping me navigate what I should clean my leather with, verses which oil would be best to condition it with afterwards. He was extremely professional and absolutely more than kind enough to go out of his way to do further research for me regarding what I should use with the type of leather sectional that I have from Leather Creations. In having the experience that I had with him and this company, I would highly recommend working with him as I know he will do his best to find everything you may need or want!
Thank you very much for sharing. You are doing great by maintaining your sectional. Keep doing so and you will be enjoying it for many years!
If you are looking for one-of-a-kind luxury furniture look no further. You pick the leather, you pick the configuration, then they build you the highest quality piece of furniture you will ever own. The delivery/set up team is excellent as expected! Mavis is super easy to work with, we could not be happier with our purchase.

This is my sister’s and my third time purchasing furniture from Leather Creations, and once again the experience was exceptional. Rob took incredible care of us. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right choices — he even stayed after his shift to make sure every detail was perfect. His knowledge is unmatched, and you can tell this isn’t just a job for him — it’s a passion. He offered thoughtful, insightful suggestions that made the process easy and enjoyable. Because of their impeccable design, I ended up choosing the Carleton, and I absolutely love it. Leather Creations never disappoints. The quality, the craftsmanship, the service — you simply can’t go wrong. Ask for Rob or Greg. You’ll be in great hands!
Thank you! Thank you very much for sharing, it sounds like Rob was able to help you find the perfect set!
Customer since 1999 We bought our first sofa, ottoman, and chair in 1999… and our son is still using it! Throughout the years, we continued to purchase 2 additional sofas, 3 chairs, and 2 ottoman’s from Leather Creations. Our last purchase was in 2020. The quality of their products, and the outstanding customer service has been our reason for being repeat customers!
Thank you so much for sharing. We love to hear from our customers that have been enjoying their furniture for such a long time. I's why we like to say that our furniture is built for a lifetime, NOT a landfill!
We had the best experience selecting and ordering two custom leather sofas and a reclining chair from Leather Creations at the GA Mall location. Robert Wilkins’ vast knowledge and expertise helped guide us through the entire process. He was patient, but never pushy during our extended visit to the showroom and his knowledge of leather was outstanding.
Thank you very much for sharing, we're happy to hear Rob was able to help you find your perfect pieces!
The service is great (Wade was so easy to work with) and the selection is unparalleled. We love our couch and the quality is outstanding. We would definitely purchase from Leather Creations again!

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Leather Creations Furniture Co! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Darin was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and truly helpful in making sure I found exactly what I wanted. The delivery team was just as impressive—professional, courteous, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. And the furniture… WOW. Beautiful, high-quality, and extremely well made. You can really see and feel the craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend them!
I purchased my sofa set many years ago from Leather Creations and recently inquired about having the seat cushions replaced. Robert and Greg both assisted me at different times with my order. The team at the factory did a great job inserting the new cushions. It is a pleasure to do business with a local business that has a very good customer service team and a quality product.
We are so happy with our purchase from Leather Creations in Deerfield. We purchased a sofa and chair in a dark gray. The leather is amazing to the touch, and so soft and comfortable. Our entire experience at the store was flawless. Wade was our consultant and answered all our questions and provided all the information to make an informed purchase. It was clear Wade was passionate about the American made quality of their products, but was not pushy or intrusive when we (my husband and I) wanted to discuss price/features/accessories. He was also clear about the time frame for the furniture to be made, delivery and maintenance. He was very honest and didn't white-wash anything in the buying process. The delivery company they use is M & B delivery services out of Broadview, IL. The delivery was efficient and the two that were on the truck that day were professional and expedient without rushing. We just had a great overall experience from start to finish. It took just about 6 weeks (plus 4 days) from order to delivery. We couldn't be happier.
Thank you so much for sharing. we know you will be enjoying your set for MANY years to come!
